Jag rekommenderar starkt denna plats för evenemang. Våra gäster njöt av atmosfären och maten. Tack till kocken och cateringpersonalen för att se till att allt var väl förberett och serverat. Vi bokade också rum och hade en underbar vistelse. Jag uppskattar verkligen chefen i tjänst för att göra vår incheckning smidig, eftersom vi hade särskilda önskemål om rummen. Personalen som hjälpte oss under frukosten var också mycket tillmötesgående.

Great facilities, very clean and Vaishali at the front desk was excellent. Very good breakfast, good amenities and good location. Sometimes can hear music from nightclub at night so ask for a room above the 3rd floor.

Hotel looks new although already 5yrs. Just 800 meters from Metro station, and just 5stop from DBX Terminal 3. Very nice local Breakfast and good services.

Even though it was Ramadan, they provided a great breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back here again.

Room is very spacious. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Near metro station and very lively at night.

For AED 523 (USD 142), you get what you pay for. It is a basic hotel. Bed and linen was clean but the rest of the room is dated and could use an upgrade. Same goes for the lobbies and restaurant etc., looks very used and dated. Hotel tried to charge me AED 56 more than what I had already paid to trip.com. I asked to speak to the manager. He was very nice and corrected the issue with an apology that due to their system error, it was asking me for more money at check in. All the staff working there is very sweet and helpful. Everyone has a smile and eager to help.

Our hotel room was spacious and very clean with good quality bedding, towels etc. The bathroom was well appointed with good quality towels. The free breakfast was a bonus with a good variety of hot and cold dishes although the European selection was limited. The hotel is near to two metro stations so you can get to all the tourist spots easily. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was good although sunbeds were limited. The only minor negative points were the lack of anywhere to get a coffee during the day, except in your room, the hotel foyer seating was limited and the only English speaking channel on the TV was CNN news. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Everything about this is superb 👌. Location it's very close to the metro and the mall and also to the Airport. The front desk team is very friendly and helpful.

Terrible front desk service. Not welcoming at all. Please get rid of this staff who should not be working in hospitality. Avoid this hotel.

We had a great time at Hayat place all the staffs were very friendly and very welcoming especially Farid Dipa and Guna in housekeeping department they were so nice and they were very helpfull with any query or anything that was needed. Thank you so much dipa farid and guna for making our stay so wonderful you guys are so amazing , also at breakfast service we were very impressed with the staffs they were very polite everyone was very professional and very welcoming in kitchen staff yogesh was really nice and he was making sure that everyone feel comfortable. Had an excellent stay with Hyatt place, it's located centre of city and easy to access everywhere. Especially they had very delicious breakfast and staff approaching was impressed.
