Amazing time! Hotel was very accommodating and the area has everything you need. Definitely will stay here again, breakfast was 10/10 so many options.

My room is in second floor,very quiet. The staff is very nice .Enjoyed the stay here. Very close to the Metro and tram station.

The hotel is near the DMCC metro station which takes 50 minutes to get from the airport. Though it takes only 2 minutes walk from the entrance of the metro station, it takes another 5 minutes to reach the platform. Generally you need some 40 + minutes to most attractions in the city by metro from the hotel. Staff were attentive and helpful. Thanks to the hotel to offer an early check-in at 11 am. It was most welcome especially after our overnight flight. Room furnishings were a bit old and ventilation of the bathroom needed improvement. In general we have good experience during the stay.

Super close to a nearby metro station which will take you to a lot of the major landmarks. The hotel itself isn't that far from Marina Walk and the Palm Jumeirah, but is a bit further out from the downtown/business area where the Burj is. Staff were very accommodating and friendly and the room was clean with balcony views as well. Overall I really enjoyed my stay!

It’s ok not wow but the reception guys have poor customer service , not trained … while check in had problem .. others were having the same problem and guy in the reception was not helpful .

We checked in at 1am, and the hotel was very accomodating is providing information and late check out. breakfast was great and the room was perfect.

The hotel's attention to detail was impeccable – from the turn-down service to the quality of toiletries provided. Everything was thoughtfully done. The front desk staff was always available to help with any questions or requests I had. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.The overall ambiance of the hotel was inviting and relaxing. I felt like I could truly unwind and enjoy my time there. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family looking for a fantastic place to stay.
