The light from bathroom was switch on during 1 week, impossible to switch off… the maintenance team fixed it the last day Also problem with bathroom…

recently stayed at the Paramount Hotel in Dubai, and it was a remarkable experience. The hotel captures the essence of Hollywood glamour, with stunning decor and themed elements throughout that create a unique atmosphere. The room was spacious and elegantly designed, featuring modern amenities and a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The attention to detail in the room’s decor was impressive, reflecting the cinematic theme beautifully. One of the highlights was the variety of dining options available. The food was delicious!! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Their service truly enhanced my overall experience. Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to major attractions and shopping areas, making it a great base for exploring Dubai. Overall, my stay at the Paramount Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and memorable experience in Dubai.

This has been my go too hotel since it opened . Always a great option. Room is spacious, bathroom is great and room is decorated. Only issue is how long the elevators take :) Nice view if your in one side of the hotel.

HOTEL IS GOOD BUT YOU CAN FIND BETTER LOCATION TO STAY. NOT REALLY RECOMENDED BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION.

Amazing, upgraded room as it was my birthday. Very clean, food is lovely. Pictures are taken from video so not as clear however I was on the 48th floor with the city view. Great customer service. I would visit again!

The car service was good. The elevators usually busy.

All in all great experience with a few issues mentioned at the end. Helpful staff, especially valet parking, luggage service, early check-in for us free of charge, early breakfast packaging for check-out and so on. Location is also very central (of course convenient only by car or taxi/Uber). Arslan from breakfast is excellent and friendly. He does his job perfectly. Also Raj from the garage (delivery point) is very nice, helpful and cheers you up each time you meet him. Abdullah from housekeeping (room cleaning) is the best I have seen in hotel service in his position. Fast, efficient, friendly and down to earth. A few issues: Elevators take a LONG time to arrive. Although most breakfast service people are great, a few times they forgot your orders, bring wrong ones, etc. TV is very dim, sound is very low and the broadcasting from an iPhone only works half of the time with lots of disconnections. Bathrobes had to be requested explicitly a couple of times (since forgotten), the reception only had 1-2 people and almost always busy with another guest which means waiting time. All in all a great experience and for Christmas and new year's time, we found a relatively good price for a 5-star hotel at this time. Recommended!

Worst hotel service EVER , if you are staying here expect the power to shut down each time you use the iron & to take for ever to fix this issue. Expect to drag your own luggage if you don’t want to wait 4 hours for service. Expect to been stress every time you need something cause you will not going to be accommodated at all

Decent 5 star but very dusty and dirty. Not cleaned properly. Staff are helpful and welcoming.

Loved the hotel the staff was warm and inviting. Our every need was met!
