Great hotel with majestic lobby . Facilities are also amazing such as pool, bars and restaurants. Kind staff and easy check in/ out process .

Very nice hotel.  Got an upgrade on check-in to junior suite with excellent space and amentities.  Would recommend and stay at the hotel again.

It was a surprise actually as I did not look at the hotel carefully as I was in hurry to book any hotel. What a surprise! Clean, looks very nice and exotic, the food was great, the people were so nice. I love it! Will be back again for sure!

Nice hotel right above a mall. Staff are nice. Very close to the airport! The view from the room is good! Very big room!

Good hotel but need more effort in room cleaning and removing bad odors and dust from room and bedding sheet and cushions

Simply, the nicest most luxurious hotel I have ever been to and I’m 67 😊 Service - unbelievable Food - beautiful and delicious. I am hoping to leave retirement so I can visit Dubai and this hotel again

Amazing hotel, rooms are clean and spacious and the toiletries used are high quality. Located in a central area of Dubai easy access to everything. The metro is 3 minutes walk from Hotel. Only downside is that it’s difficult to get taxi in that area unless you booked it.

Nice but location is could be better

Good service with helpful and friendly people around. Hotel is only about 7 minutes walk to metro and just beside Wafi mall. Also 10 minutes drive from airport. Complimentary late checkout as my flight was in the late evening. Appreciate it so much 👍👍👍
