Hotellet ligger nära bron och huvuddörrarna är stängda på grund av renoveringar, det är mycket obekvämt att ta en taxi. Jag betalade nästan 230$ för en natt och det är inte värt det alls. Tjänsten är mycket långsam och de arbetar bara för att slippa arbeta snabbare. Frukosten är inte fräsch och nästan alla produkter är öppna, de täcker inte många produkter med lock. Jag påminde dem hela tiden om att städa rummet, eller så gick de förbi eller hade inte tid att städa det. Jag tappade bort min ryggsäck och jag ber dem att använda sin telefon i receptionen, eftersom jag inte hade något SIM-kort, de sa att det kostar pengar, skräck, jag pratar inte i telefon på en timme och det tar bara några sekunder. I allmänhet rekommenderar jag inte att bo på detta hotell, naturligtvis, om du inte betalar 230 $ per natt som jag.

Reception staffs are very friendly and helpful, the room is very clean and Chu comfortable, there are swimming pools, sauna room, steam room, gym room in the hotel, location is very convenient. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Windows were extremely dirty (although the hotel announced that they are starting cleaning it, they never managed to clean the ones in my room during my stay). The bathroom door is poorly positioned, making it difficult to move or stand comfortably when it’s open. The location is good, Business Bay metro station is nearby, but Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa are not really in a walkable distance.

Room is big and spacious. Well maintained

Ms Hannah at buffet service is super nice! I was having sore throat and she gave me lemon! She also checked with me every morning how my condition went! She is the best!!! For overall service is very good , we got problem with water on bathtub but the maintenance came fast and fixed immediately !
