Totally uneducated people in Recieption Indian manager don’t know how can check in from trip.com totally waste our time.be carefull from Recieption this is very disgusting if he doesn’t know how can manage why he sit here totally disrespectful.

If you book this hotel by mistake or willingly then you will regret for whole life 🤣 best of luck. - Bad manner -Darty - No service - Too bad smell - No refund or change booking - Bad attitude

I booked for double size banking but they give me single bes

公司業務員出差，幫他訂的酒店，離機場不算太遠，打車過來100左右，這個價格在杜拜真的算是很便宜很便宜了

It’s wonderful stay. It’s clean hotel and having centrally located. Staff is very cooperative and humble. We enjoyed lot and good stay here. It’s good to stay here, i will recommend to my friends also for stay with the hotel. Make my trip is good site for hotel bookings with economic prices. Thanks

Very clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Very clean towels and bedsheets. Good place to stay. Room space is small but good place to stay.

Hotel ambients are okay, and value for money, but to much cockroaches are there. Smell. Hospitality and support from staff, good and appreciated.

Location is within congested area of daira dubai, next to gold souk area. Very limited twin room area. Bathrooms must be upgraded and avoid bathtub in this rooms. This person has demanded cash and credit card payment was not allowed. Best regards, laxminarayana rao

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at hotel. Although I checked out three days ago, the issues I encountered during my stay have compelled me to bring them to your attention. Firstly, the condition of the room was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness was severely lacking – the floors appeared unvacuumed, the bed linens were stained, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. This left me with a poor impression from the moment I checked in. In addition, the amenities provided were subpar. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, the Wi-Fi connection was intermittent at best, and the toiletries were not replenished during my stay. For a hotel that claims to offer a premium experience, these basic issues were unacceptable. Furthermore, I found the attitude of the staff to be quite unprofessional. My concerns regarding the room were met with indifference, and despite raising these issues with the front desk, no corrective action was taken during my stay. This lack of responsiveness and care for guest satisfaction is deeply troubling. I hope you will take the necessary steps to address these shortcomings, as they greatly affected my overall experience. I hereby request a refund for the days I haven’t stayed

A nice place though location is in crowded environment. Can enjoy a nice breakfast which is almost included to room chargers. Negotiable staff. I met nice Stuart call Amine who serve very sincerely . Always care about the taste and quality of food.

It’s good but washroom is to short and other things are good balcony is very nice and management is also very good
