Jag har bott på detta hotell två gånger och båda erfarna var fantastiska. All personal är vänlig professionell och super hjälpsam! Rummet är rent och faciliteterna är fantastiska. Bra läge med gratis bussar till några platser. Skulle definitivt rekommendera

One of the best hotel in dubai for everything, service , place, view, amaneties and location

Everything was perfect, will definitely stay again. The only thing which need improvement is the Egyptian guy at the reception, the Indian lady at the reception was very polite and helpful but Egyptian receptionist need improvement in his attitude( receptionist should be polite not rude) . Location is good so was breakfast.

Hotel was located in a lovely location close to everything, room was big and clean and staff eas polite, the only disappointing factor was I paid for breakfast but because of a system mistake it didn't appear to them in there system even though I had my receipt it wasn't resolved in time of breakfast

Great location and nice rooms for business traveller for short trip

The services and cleanliness of the rooms are worse than before, as well as the restaurants and the swimming pool. I did not feel comfortable staying this time.

The location is great. Service from Concierge men at front of hotel was great, friendly and consistent. Young man who sold Oud perfumes service excellent. Nice birthday surprise in my room, was excellent, although my hotel room door was left unlocked and open on arrival. Some of my items could’ve been stolen but thankfully they were not. Food AWFUL- especially breakfast. Change your chef!!!! I witnessed numbers of people ordering take out deliveries day after day. Housekeeping- had to be called 3 days in a row to clean my room I had a 5night stay. Room not ready on arrival, they tried to offer me a different one. I declined then had to wait 25mins. When I went in room sheets damp. Had to wait until next day to complain again as it was 4am by time I got into room. I would personally not recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed at much better 4* hotels in Dubai. My honest review and experience.

All is ok but not excellent. Lobby is spacious, hotel is spacious but rooms are not.

luxury hotel and calm star with nice view from high floors, avoid corner units as its very small.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The environment is clean and peaceful. The breakfast is okay.
