Front Desk Service Needs Improvement , particularly in terms of responsiveness and professionalism.
1. Slow Response Time
When I checked in, the front desk staff, Mahmoud, took my phone number and assured me that he would notify me via WhatsApp once my room was ready. However, I never received any update. At 2:45 PM, I followed up with him but got no response. Eventually, I went to the front desk myself and checked in at exactly 3 PM. It’s possible that my room was ready earlier, but the lack of communication was unprofessional and inconvenient.
2. Lack of Professional Knowledge
On 3pm , when I arrived at the front desk, I was assisted by the supervisor, Paul, as the first staff member had not responded. I was surprised to find that Paul struggled to answer some very basic questions that a front desk staff member should be able to handle with ease. This raised concerns about the training and professionalism of the hotel’s front desk team.
3. Unfriendly Service
Overall, the attitude of the front desk staff felt indifferent, lacking warmth and professionalism. While the hotel facilities were impressive, the service quality did not meet expectations.
I would recommend visiting for the experience, but don’t expect exceptional service from the front desk.
