Overall, it was very clean and small, but it was nice. It was very close to the sea, so it was convenient. I think it would be better if the inside of the building smelled nice. l enjoyed the hotel.

Room was decently clean with clean sheets and towels. Close walking proximity to Dubai Offshore Sailing Club (literally at your doorstep) with reasonable food options around the corner (Burger King, Krispy Kreme etc). Breakfast was nothing to shout about with made to order eggs and coffee - decent enough for a quick breakfast.

I have to say we have stayed at Grosvenor House for 20 years however the Marina is getting too hectic for us traffic-wise and crowds. So it is my absolute pleasure to award 10/10 A+++ to Beach Walk Hotel and their staff; the location, cleanliness etc etc is at 5 star level. All the staff were so polite and professional; rooms cleaned to perfection, quality bed linen, comfortable beds. Superb! This will be the hotel we stay at whenever we visit Dubai. Congratulations BWH!

Stayed at Beach Walk hotel for 3 nights in February 2023 with my husband and we liked it very much. It is just a short walk to the beach. There are nice jogging/walking/biking paths along the beaches that are lit at night. Several nice restaurants within 10 min walk. Every morning we enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet at the hotel. The choices, the freshness, the taste and presentation of the food were very good, especially considering the reasonable price of 55 UAE dirha. The hotel staff was helpful and made us feel special.

The location of the Beach Walk Hotel adjacent to the special Jumeirah Beach Running Track (7km of soft running surface) was key in my choice, this being the main reason for my stopover in Dubai between long flights. Staff are very helpful, I enjoy the buffet breakfast –especially that it includes many regional dishes– and the wellness facilities and rooftop pool are a nice extra. I will visit again!

除了淋浴間排水稍堵，其他都很滿意。步行2分鐘就到海邊，有跑道，沒有擁擠的人羣，忙完工作後海邊悠閑散步看日落的感覺真的好。周邊吃飯方便，也有公交直達dubai mall

就是個快捷酒店，非常一般，有一側臨主街，噪音巨大，無法入睡，睡眠不好的慎重選擇，早餐很一般，價格也不低。

Overall very poor experience, staff at the coffee shop/ potters and door guards were excellent. Manager / Reception and some restaurant staff were both unprofessional and lacked basic customer care skills. Stayed there for 4 nights, 5 days in a row the breakfast was unacceptable - Food was cold, all breads were stale / croissants were hard. Quality of food was poor, no flavour and very poor selection, no cold meats or yogurts. Several guest were complaining about the food. Manager / reception staff slow to react to problems. Took them over 24 hours to unblock the shower drains that were blocked which flooded the bathroom. Found house keeping staff using my stuff and the service member at breakfast with his feet up on the buffet table. I would recommend that you stay away from this place - poor value for money, the food served at breakfast was unacceptably poor.
