It is a good hotel, however the service quality depends on who your are talking to.
There’s a very nice guy in the reception team willing provide very good help on everything with very high efficiency.
But the reservation and sales team are really sucks, they reply email slow and are reluctant to do anything flexible but not harm any party’s interests, and very arrogant. When you propose any flexible thing with them, they always tell you we are full and has only 100 room, we have premium location, all the words inherently indicate that you either follow our words or you are not welcome. They even give you a rate with extra cost for breakfast to high grade membership of the hotel who are qualified for free breakfasts, it is really unbelievable.
It is really rare to see such kind of sales team in a 5 star hotel even though our team almost stay here throughout the year and telling them we are going to stay on.
Good facilities and location, but the team really need to be reconsidered and some of them are great, but some are really bad.
