Great hotel ! Only to recommend! Not crowded, but smaller than in Denmark.

Careful when you book 2adults and 1 child LEGOLAND won’t add the child and when you arrive they ask you to pay extra even that trip added the child. LEGOLAND policy is tricky when it comes to booking adults and child together. Make sure it’s included in the confirmation received from LEGOLAND

The service is great but the cleanliness of the room is average. The room service is quite slow but they make it up. Overall a great experience

Wonderful Experience in this theme park, stunning hotel. It is very easy to visit the major attractions.

Check in and out was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. Guest relation can be improved though. Hand soap was mounted to the wall, kids are not able to reach.

We have the best time in Legoland as we celebrated my son's 13th birthday during our stay. We have had a bit of the challenge during check in process we're glad it get sorted out latyer part of the day. The hotel was very engaging to the kids, and not to mention the themed parks were amazing too.The breakfast was amazing one of my daughters love the potato coquet we definitely had so much fun. I hope there will be access granted to all parks perhaps the management could consider.

That was an amazing stay! The hotel is themed and decorated with bunch of Lego figures. There’s also a quest in room, which can bring kids small prizes if they complete it correctly. Absolutely charming and friendly stuff, who intersects with kids and even gave us an early check in as our room was available. The restaurant is spacious and the food was delicious! One tip: during breakfast don’t leave your food on the tables outside without supervision- there are birds, who love cheese and they are going smoothly steal it from your plate 🤣

My family's visit to Legoland Hotel Dubai offered a mixed experience. The hotel itself is a wonderland for kids, brimming with imaginative Lego-themed decorations and activities that kept the little ones engaged and delighted. The concept and design of the hotel are thoughtfully catered to young guests, ensuring an adventure-filled stay. However, our experience was dampened by the long waiting times, particularly during check-in. We spent nearly an hour in the queue, which can be challenging when traveling with excited, restless children. Additionally, the service received during this process and at other times was less than satisfactory. The staff, while not overtly unfriendly, seemed overwhelmed and did not provide the welcoming, professional service we anticipated. Despite the fantastic environment for children, the hotel's customer service aspect needs attention and improvement. An efficient, friendly approach would greatly enhance the overall experience of guests, especially families looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

It was excellent, and my kid had one of the best memories to date. Hotel staff was kind and cooperative. Clean and very well maintained rooms and exciting themes. Very well arranged activities to remain kids engaged whole day with excitement.
