We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will definitely come back again when we visit Dubai.
We would like to send our appreciation to The gentleman called Firuz who works at the door entrance and assisted us with our luggage. Firuz is a super star at this property. He is super friendly and attentive. His exceptional service and hospitality really makes a difference. Thank you.
The view of our room Sky Premium King Room with Balcony is spectacular. The infinity pool is a must go.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. The view of the Burj Khalifa was stunning, especially at night. The hotel itself is new and very clean, with modern amenities and a fresh atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a prime location.

All the staff at SLS Business Bay were so accommodating and attentive. The property is so clean and modern; very picturesque. We enjoyed Privilege pool, S Bar and Fi’lia. Thank you to GM Flavin for making sure our balcony view from the room was city view perfect. The bed is extra comfortable and the big bathtub is a special addition and was definitely utilized. Thank you to Adam who was so helpful during check in. Adam’s smile was so inviting. He’s just the man for the job at front desk check in. Keep him around. Special Thank you to Laura who was communicating with me for 2 months on room decoration for a special birthday surprise. So many other staff members that were exceptional. Thanks to Emmanuel for always keeping the guests safe and greeting us every morning and evening. We had an amazing time and will definitely recommend to our friends.

We arrived in a splendid, reception-less lobby and went straight up to the 71st floor where the hotel reception is. Then another set of lifts took us to the 63rd floor where our SIGNATURE TWIN ROOM was situated. The twin beds was on sale and I figured I could just move the beds together for my husband and I to sleep together, but the divans were pretty heavy and the porter too was unable to join the beds alas.
ROOM
Just wonderful: high ceilings, modern, sleek and tasteful design of silver, mirrors, wood, glass and carpet + striking artwork. Shower, toilet (of course with toilet douche) and bathroom were separated. The view was striking: one angle was the high rise build up, the other was desert like oasis under development. All the amenities (minus hair dryer see below) but empty mini bar! TV was connectable to our devices
SERVICE
This let the hotel down for the price you pay. Not enough staff meaning long wait for check in and not attentive enough. Our room was missing the hair dryer, I couldn’t get the hyper modern wireless room phone to work so had to make an international call from my own phone to request the hair dryer. When it took too long I figured out how to use the phone and finally staff brought up the hairdryer. But this one was broken. By the time he returned with a working hair dryer of course my hair was already dry and difficult to put in form.

I recently stayed at the SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences, and while the location is excellent and the rooms are quite nice, my experience was significantly marred by the service, particularly the rude behavior of one staff member named Marycho.
First, let's acknowledge the positives: the hotel is in a prime location, offering convenient access to Dubai's main attractions and breathtaking city views. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel.
However, the service was a major letdown. From the moment I arrived, I felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Check-in was slow, and the front desk staff seemed disinterested in assisting guests. The standout negative experience, though, was with a staff member named Marycho. Her rude and dismissive attitude was shocking and made me feel unwelcome during my stay. When I approached her with a simple request, she was not only unhelpful but also condescending, as if I were bothering her.
The lack of professionalism extended beyond just Marycho. Room service was consistently slow, and my orders were frequently incorrect. Housekeeping was inconsistent, often forgetting to restock essential items, and it seemed like the staff had little training in customer service.
In conclusion, while the location and rooms at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences are commendable, the poor service, particularly the unacceptable behavior from staff member Marycho, overshadowed these positives. I expected a much higher level of hospitality and customer service from a hotel of this caliber and would hesitate to recommend it based on my experience.
