Park Apartments Dubai, An Edge by Rotana Hotel

Such a Great place to be in Dubai, Visited Park Apartments on Feb 16-21st, cozy studio apartment was spacious and had everything you would need. most importantly the best fact about the property was its friendly attentive Staff. Afrar who was manning the reception was a delight to talk to, was very helpful and assisted all requirements without a hesitation, Ishara & Gayan from House Keeping was so kind and kept the apartment well cleaned, last day decided to visit Rotana Hotel for Breakfast and Hostess at Timo restaurant was a sweetheart, her name was Eyursqlem (i guess its right), she was very efficient and attended to all guest who were at the Buffet at that time, it was delight to watch her work. she even spoke to me briefly and found out that i will be leaving that day and brought me a plate with doughnuts with a writing, "Have a Safe Flight" these little things and this Young Team made my stay pleasant and very comfortable. Hats off to Rotana Group, you have got some good Staff. please look after them as they surely looking after your customers. i will visit once again when i'm in Dubai, Park apartments is the place for me to be.

The teams were very responsive. Suraj, head of housekeeping dept ensured the appliances were replaced the next day when I informed him of a few glitches. The engineers, Jaychandra and Mukinthan were excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you. Ala at the desk and his team and housekeeping team, Deepu and colleagues are also very good.

Would really recommend your stay in Dubai at Park Apartments, Edge by Rotana. Supervisor Suraj is absolutely Brilliant in listening / accommodating / resolving issue. Very polite and humble. Likewise, Mithun, Pradip are also amazing with House Keeping......Punctual / thorough and particular. Combined with the Front desk.....Including Alla and team.....24/7 Courtesy with full of smiles!!! Moreso, IT team is very knowledgable / informative and quick to resolve issues with a smile

Had a great stay here for 10 days. It is an serviced apartment well maintained with kitchen and other facilities. A nice swimming pool and gym was a great addition to it . The service was excellent ,specially Mr. Mithun did a great job in keeping the room clean and tidy . The location was prefect as well . Overall no complaints and enjoyed my stay there to the fullest.
