Very nice hotel, staff are very helpful & polite, breakfast was good, room was clean & smell good. Location abit far from public transportation.

Great hotel for business and couples. Great staff, very attentive and happy to serve. Thank you Zhanara ( front desk .manager ) for the great check-in. Thank you Angela for the daily wake up call. The breakfast spread was vast, my missus with her gluten allergy was happy with the food offerings. Thank you to the breakfast chef Sneha; head chef Joseph; service staff Devorah and M.D. and the many other staff for making our stay so enjoyable. The Club room was a treat, thank you to Joy and all other staff in there for their attentive service. Our final thanks to Sukhram; Divya for cleaning our room daily and to Umar the pool man.

The hotel is very good. Although it is an old hotel, the service level is first-class, and the facilities are relatively new. There are many options for breakfast. This hotel will be selected for future business trips.

Mr. Divek is an outstanding Host, although Mr. Divek is much younger than the 1975 Historic Sheraton; he was excellent in checking in all guests promptly. The hotel itself aged Gracefully, and it was obviously renovated and updated with modern amenities. Must visit if you care about history, also fine if you want a Sheraton near Union 🚇 Highly Recommended

We enjoyed our stay, the creek view from our room was satisfaction. The service was great. The buffet breakfast was nice. The swimming pool is small, so we didn't bother to swim at all.

Best location in Dubai. Close to Deire and easy access to Bur Dubai and Sheikh Zayed road. I did early check in and they were very helpful.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel, and my experience was amazing from check-in to check-out. I stayed in a Club room, which was very spacious, clean, and quiet, with excellent housekeeping services. Having access to the Club Lounge was a great perk. The service in the lounge was excellent, though the variety of food offered could be improved. Similarly, the breakfast had a good variety and service, but there's still room for improvement in the food selection. The hotel also boasts some fantastic restaurants, making dining a delightful experience. I will certainly return for another staycation soon. The only drawback was the spa services, as they do not have male therapists, which is my preference. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I look forward to my next visit.
