Ok ...better than expectations except that centralised aircond cant adjust !!!!

Very bad there is to much noise all night I can't sleep because there is noise in club 1 floor I will not comfortable all night

I get trouble for no visa coming. That why I cannot fly. I inform that hotel before 1 day. I cannot come. Need support change date . They no support and reply on time. I will never use this hotel again

This hotel staff not good... From we come to hotel the staff not kynd They dont help us to bring the Luggage The reception not smile and very bitchy No toiletries like soap and etc Room small And they take my money 100 sar because only the bedcover dirty little of my blood period and they said i make damage Lol 😂😂😂😂😂😂 U only need to washing it how i make damage? And u take a lot of money

Excellent location and inside clearance, But no AC control in room, you have to call reception always for control temperature. Watchman or gate man ( the African bodybuilder very rude with behavior and disrespectful with guest, he will call you from far away hey .. hey hey .. fingers up & WhatsApp up where are you going?? What is your room number ?? 😂 ) and you have to adjust that behavior with your stay. This is not hotel service. He destroying hotel management business

The receptionist didnt talk well with us neither corporate with us they talk soo rudly tbh i didnt like that hotel cuz the way they talk with us was not tolerable i very disappoint this hotel staff please I recommend nobody go this hotel I don't want to go next time my life this hotel

I like the place. Surrounded by shops. Service is good and friendly staff.🙂

Good location

hotel is ok - I knew what i was booking and what i will get. I knew what facilities i will get for the price. Location is good just steps away from metro. Lots of options of foods / supermarkets / shopping etc. However, what i didnt understand was that the hotel tried to convince me to let other guests also stay with me. They said that they will give me tripple room and i will have to accomodate 2 more guests with me. I have never heard anything like this before and it was hard to digest such a thing. It was after some arguments that they let me check-in in my own private room. Very strange.
