# Rude restaurant owner/manager All of this hotel is amazing. The service, the hotel manager and the location and the facilities. Me and my friends love this place and enjoyed the time there❤️ ＜Except the restaurant owner/manager ＞ He provided breakfast at a price higher than the official website price, and he also refused to acknowledge the price on the flyer posted on site. He rudely and unreasonably asked us to pay the price he said, and ridiculously tore off the advertising leaflets on the scene. He said pay my price or leave. This is really low-level and shameful behavior. ＜Except the restaurant owner/manager ＞

As I know, it was nice view from the apartment and was spacious, It was booked for my parents, they stayed there and liked the place.

The hotel was ideally located near the metro station. There were 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy and a bank nearby. The apartment was quite spacious. The breakfast buffet did not have really much option but the food was good and the service was impeccable. Always opt for a city view room so that burj khalifa can be seen from the room balcony.

Super clean. Quite comfortable. 5min walk to business bay metro. provides water.

Very large full service apartment with 40 feet balcony. Huge rooms, 2 bathrooms, nicely furnished. Clean. Metro is 5 minute walk. Several supermarkets around. Butj Khalifa and the Dubai mall 20 minute walk. Great stay overall

Recommended large spaces clean and near to metro and easy to get taxi/bolt/careem

Good location, walking distance 2km to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. What I don’t know like is the lift and hotel safety, anyone can come to your room floor without a card 😮😮

I recently stayed at City Premier Hotel Apartments in Dubai with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with comfortable pillows and beds that ensured a restful sleep. The rooms are spacious, providing plenty of room for our two kids to move around and play. Its prime location is a major plus, being close to the RTA, making it easy to navigate around the city. The service was top-notch, with staff who were always friendly and accommodating. Overall, City Premier Hotel Apartments is a fantastic choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in Dubai. Highly recommended!

Stay was cool I recommend to the others too staff was so nice and polite service was good but they have to change on their site what ever they mentioned it’s walking distance from Burj Khalifa it’s not that close.weather wasn’t good too damn hot it’s my fault decided to visit Dubai in June.room was big nice kitchen feels like you are in your own house

CITY PREMIER HOTEL APARTMENTS - Dubai *Location: (5/5) about 5mins walk from the station (Business Bay Station). 12-15AED taxi ride from Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa. *Reception/Check-in: (1/5) We arrived early, like 7am, and asked if we could leave our luggage as we explore the city. The hotel's official check-in is at 3pm. We were told they'll have a room ready before 3pm so we can come back around 12pm. Which we did. Past 12pm, I spoke with the same male receptionist in the morning and was told to wait as they prepared our room. And we waited. WE WAITED TILL 3PM! We wasted more than 2 hours waiting at the lobby! We had no problem coming back after 3 pm. I understand you're busy. I get it that locals have to be catered first. BUT don't tell your guests they can check in before the official time if you can't deliver. As a paying customer, IT IS ABSOLUTELY, NOT COOL. *Room: (4/5) It is spacious. 2 toilets, a washer, full kitchen. The bathroom is a bit old, but clean. The room has an IRONING BOARD, BUT NO IRON. Adapter is available upon request at the reception. They refill your bottled water in the room and make the room every day, which is a plus. *RESTAURANT: (4/5) Breakfast was OK. The staff were GREAT! They were attentive to all guests not only to selected guests. KUDOS to the crew at the restaurant. *AMENITIES: (3/5) Too bad we had limited time in Dubai. We weren't able to make use of their pool and sauna. It's on another building (parking area) accessible through a bridge. The staff were accommodating and allowed us to check the area.

Nice staff nice hotel

It was an excellent choice! Great accommodation, great food, great service! 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy within 2min walk, a metro station (Business Bay) - cant ask for more. The apartment was clean and extremely spacious. Breakfast and food on the menu were wonderful. You have to pay on the spot for room service and meals at the restaursnt - no charging to the room. Otherwise, no complaints at all. My family and I will definitely stay there again.
