Clean rooms, substantial breakfast, available lunch and dinner at normal price. Small but nice swimming pool. Very close to Coca-cola arena, museum of the future and burj khalifa. Strongly recommend!

After years of coming here must stay bad management had let down this hotel , unprofessional staff who don’t have a clue on customer relations, will never ever return

The hotel is very nice. The staff is very good. The only problem was that the room we stayed in had a heavy smell of humidity. Since we did not stay for a long time, it was not a problem. Thank you

Unfortunately our experience wasn't good. They gave us like premium room (M-40) where airconditioning was broken down, the temperature was 18 C. It was very cold in the room - we can not change temperature. Service manager came twice, but he couldn't repair it. After day I went to Hotel Manager and asked to help, then we returned in the room and still it was 18 C I again came to reception and insisted they gave us another room. Night time we moved to another room (340) - airconditioning was working, but it was strong smell of cigarettes in the room, inspite of the fact that it is forbidden to smoke in the hotel. As far as we understood - the cigarettes smell came from Utility room (staff room) which was 2 m against our room. All this spoiled our experience

Staff here seem friendly to some extent , some just look bored and standing around, even the atmosphere is pretty chilled. It’s helps also having the new Costa coffee bar inside the hotel. One gentleman at front entrance desk I found very willing to assist which i appreciated. The smoking seating area to the very front of the hotel make the hotel really takky , the smell lingering when you walk pass , it’s really a massive put off, can’t see why the same area cannot go to the side of the hotel, save the embarrassment. The gym is ok and the sauna and steam I will for sure say is much better than the four points Sheraton on sheikh zayed road. Will I go again I’ll just say maybe .

The hotel is good the place is quiet I feel comfortable stay for 2 days only one things is for the cleaning in the bathroom need to double check before the room js ready specially in the bathtub 🫣🫣🫣🫣

Good location and staff allow to early check that help to recover from midnight flight

The suite I stayed in was beautifully decorated, and every detail was meticulously thought out. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided exceptional service throughout my visit. The restaurants offer a wide range of culinary delights, and the spa is an oasis of relaxation. Dubai is the place to be in!
