Aloft Dubai Airport

My first hotel in dubai. I only stayed maybe about 6 hours cuz arrived at 6 AM and needed to move to another hotel at the downtown before 12 but they were let me late check out about an hour. So basically it’s a nice hotel for the short time also transit hotel, nothing to see around from the hotel room, quite spacious, nice amenities already serve at the table so we didn’t need todo a phone call for it, got a capsule coffee machine also nice, we can use the shuttle bus that they already provide to the airport and back as well. All the staff are so nice and very helpful even the housekeeping asking us if we need a room service or refill amenities even tho going to check out at the same day. Oh breakfast also nice! The staff really helpful and happy to serve us our coffee

Hotel was full and upgraded us to a 5-star hotel under the same group, which is nearby with transportation arranged. We were happy with the arrangement .

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by their hospitality. After a long 9-hour transit flight, I was exhausted, but they accommodated me with an early check-in, which was a huge relief. Special thanks to Ibrahim at the reception for his exceptional effort and support, and to Ashraf, the waiter, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the team for making my experience so comfortable and memorable

Cleanliness: the hotel is very smelly. They are spraying chemical mist everywhere as a solution, which has made me allergic and unable to sleep. Location: The location is maybe ok due to its proximity to the airport only, but it is terrible for a business trip because of the traffic jam in this area and not suitable for tourism in any case. There are no attractive facilities in the hotel. Nothing! I could have booked elsewhere for the price, but I made a wrong choice. I walked a hundred meters to the opposite side and found a much better breakfast for about the same price.

It’s a very good hotel, under Marriott management , not to far from terminal 3 Dubai airport … the staff very helpful , I thought because they saw us so tired after a long flight 🤭 They also have shuttle bus to pick and drive us back to and from air port It’s to bad we’re only transit

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this Hotel, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. As someone who frequently travels, I always look for comfort and convenience during layovers, but this hotel fell short in several key areas. Firstly, the bathing facilities were incredibly subpar. The shower had very low water pressure, making it difficult to rinse off properly. The temperature control was erratic; it fluctuated between scalding hot and icy cold, which made for an uncomfortable bathing experience. To add to my frustration, the shower curtain was moldy, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one situated in a major international city like Dubai. I expected a level of cleanliness and maintenance that simply was not present. The reception staff had promised to provide us free private transportation as service recovery for poor bathing facilities. I was assured that the private car would arrive promptly, but after waiting for over 10 minutes, it became clear that I had been misled. I approached the front desk for assistance, but the staff were dismissive and unhelpful, offering no solutions or alternatives. My experience at this Hotel was far from satisfactory. The poor bathing facilities, inadequate reception service, and failure to provide timely transportation left a negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking comfort and reliability. It is crucial for any hotel, especially one near an international airport, to prioritize guest satisfaction and maintain high standards—something this hotel clearly failed to do.
