Very nice rooms. Cleaning, security and service staff is lovely and helpful, front desk depends on who’s on duty. Breakfast and Indian restaurant are incredibly tasty! Pools are excellent, also for kids, even though lazy river could use renovation. Location is convenient, premises are beautiful. All in all a wonderful stay.

Perfect hotel, location was ideal, the mall is literally across the road. The facilities provided by the hotel are perfect, indoor pool is heated and the views are breath taking. Breakfast as you can imagine being in Dubai is pretty much second to none. Although this time of year the outdoor pools and beach area are not much of Interest, as it is cold, however when the weather warms up, they are all on point.

Dukes was amazing. The whole setup was fantastic. Staff were extremely attentive with nothing too hard for them. The facilities were clean and first class. Our room was terrific. Thanx to Dukes for the upgrade. Pools were great and ya gotta luv the lazy river. Would love to stay again. One day

很適合帶孩子玩，位置不錯在棕櫚島上，旁邊過個馬路就是景點棕櫚島觀景台。小童樂園很好適合小寶寶。

Отель имеет очень удобное расположение через дорогу Нахиль молл и итихад парк для прогулок,,размеры гостиницы более маленькие по сравнению со стоящими рядом,но при этом всё компактно и всё есть(пляж,море,удобства). Завтрак был не очень разнообразный,но голодным никто не уйдёт и есть что вкусно перекусить. Номера не очень большие,хотя у нас был якобы делюкс,но для двоих нормально,а мы были с ребёнком (1год) поэтому было тесно.Отель для путешественников,которые не готовы переплачивать за сервис и удобства,скорее я бы оценила его как 4*,на пятизвездочный отель не тянет
