Great customer services from employees. The front desk employee went extra mile during check in . He helped with luggage as well as explaining hotel services.

The hotel was amazing location and services from the front desk agents, the only problem is there is no free parking for residents you need to pay extra for parking

The towel was like it was washed with a dirty river water  The bed was uncomfortable  I asked for a change of room -and it was changed but  the lights were not working in the new room ( I did not even bother reporting) The TV plays Arabic channels ONLY - not even one English news channel - they promised to send maintenance to change the channel and I’m still waiting for him!!

After I gave them my passport, they told me they would back to me my passport soon, But they didn't, so I didn't feel good.

It is clean, service is good.location is ok. But the room I stayed in was noisy at midnight
