The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai

Very bad service. Hotel is not maintained well. After 2 years issue with lights, ac and electrical. Not 5 star at all.

I was really annoyed from having no one to pick up my call! Upon checkout even, many customers were complaining of the same thing! Imagine you had an emergency! What would you do!!
