Convenient location, apparent in a good condition Good breakfast at the ground floor Staff are excellent

1. front desk need to explain more of tax fee and deposit instead of just making you sign the contract. (which is not included in the total fee of the trip.com) 2. better not to tend to sell another room upon arrival, which makes feeling not good at all, and even with huge gap in between, like extra 250usd for 2 nights. 3. If trip.com mentioned the room can see the view of burj khalifa, then just be honest for the info shown in the trips.com, on the other hand, if 1 bedroom can only see like side of burj khalifa, then just mark on the room info, don't put the wrong picture which misled tourist thanks.

Loved it it was really nice for my kids and the staff was exceptional specially Richard and everyone thank you for making our stay enjoyable safe… 5/5 recommended it Just a feedback the tv was a bit hard to use for the girls. Thank you

酒店地理位置尚可，房間夠大，但是其餘設施相對普通，早餐選擇範圍很少，如果商務出差可以選擇，家庭出遊的話感覺少了點什麼。

酒店式公寓和酒店還是有一點落差，地理位置不錯。早餐一般。

體驗很差。杜拜八天行程，前面兩家酒店是華美達和萬豪，都不錯。最後住的絕佳酒店。房間陽台鎖都是壞的，外面有工地施工，又吵又不安全。換房間也是壞的鎖。同行三個房間鎖都是壞的。卧室還有一股子腳臭味。 好處是房間夠大，可以做飯公寓那種。 但整體感受太差了，和價錢不匹配。和前台溝通也不愉快，反應屋子裡有蚊子也沒有處理。

My appartment was huge and the view to Burj Khalifa and the luxury residential area Al Manzil was marvellous. From the hotel to Dubai Mall and the Fountain it is a nice ten minutes walk, so the hotel is really right in the centre of Downtown. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the "continental breakfast" in the restaurant next to the reception has everything, from Caffelatte with classical rye bread to fruits, vegetables and lavish American style lunchlike breakfast.

Amaising pool with one of the best views on the Burj Khalifa and downtown center. Definetley the nicest people in the world working there. Special thanks to the room cleaning service team: Mehidi Bawan Manik and Anish team-dream team nicest people on the planet!!!! I’ll be back ASAP.

The house keeping team and electrical department are fantastic , diligent and very prompt in responding to any issues. Their manager annd supervisor always check on us everyday to make sure everything is done well and that we are enjoying our stay. The cleaners name I could remember are Bikash, kamal and Rabin but everyone of them are dedicated to their work and does a thorough cleaning and provide a good service. Having travelled multiple times to different countries and stayed in 4-5 star hotels or accommodations the care received at this hotel is completely exceptional. I wish others can emulate them. See attached photos for one of the cleaning days when we returned to our hotel.

The aparthotel is an a residential building. The check in was smooth and efficient with Rahma at the check-in desk. The apartment is a bit dated but the views are unbelievable. We were on the 46th floor and could see the entire Burj Khalifa area including the fountain shows. The staff are really helpful and go out of their way to assist. From Mohsin and Kashif at the front desk to the cleaning staff Maya and Milan it was absolutely great service. The only reason I rated the facility a 4 put of 5 is because the apartment is dated and could ise a refresh. Overall great experience and hospitality.

We had the most wonderful 7 night stay and couldn’t be more grateful to each and every one of the staff. Our 3 bedroom apartment was spotlessly cleaned and the front office team gave fantastic advice when asked about anything from taxis to must have experiences. The breakfast chef was so accommodating to our requests for museli and yoghurt, just like home! We couldn’t be more thankful for everything that was done for us, we hope to return one day
