My stay at Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf was nothing short of exceptional. Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Hotel apartments were clean and comfortable. The sofas were outdated in our apartment. I am aware there were other apartments with much nicer furniture. The hotel is a bit far from JBR and Dubai Marina, but there was a shuttle service. In general, I would recommend it for families

We were greeted warmly by the hotel staffs upon our arrival and Mr. Lokesh Bhatt was the one attended to us and he noticed that day was my wife's birthday and approached me for permission to allow them to prepare a birthday welcome surprise when we checked into our room. Not only that Mr. Lokesh also upgraded us to a 4 bedroom suite to make our stay a comfortable. Also the hotel staffs whom we have met and made us feel very much at home and Mr. Hari whom took our luggage to our room and took the time to show us around the spacious suite. Indeed a truly memorable experience and we hope to stay again we visit Dubai the next time.
