Was not cleaned..
Dishes were not washed
Poo marks on walls
Terrible service
Still waiting for my refund..
Had 2837 on top **** your NaN and pop..
My 12 year old daughter did find this and too make things worse we were in dubbo for my nans funeral so that was just so Terrible to find..
They are so rude about the hole situation not even sure how to follow up my refund ?

We had an ensuite site. Even though sites a little small, we managed to fit 28’ caravan and a two man tent, the car and still room to fully extend awning. Ensuite was clean and spacious. Security for the whole park is excellent. Two great pools and a large jumping pillow. Thoroughly recommend this park.

Great park very central & close to the Zoo. Amenities are clean park is clean. All the staff were very polite & friendly. Pool area was very good although not really swimming weather when we were there. Only down side was accessing some of the caravan sites. Some people were having a lot of trouble getting their caravans on the sites because there wasn’t a lot of room to swing in but once in everyone enjoyed themselves. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be back again

Drive through site was awesome and everything was easy to connect. There are a fair few trees around so we weren’t able to open the awning up which would have been nice. The park offers a great big inflatable pillow for the kids and playground which was good. There is also a water park and pools but we didn’t get in. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and the water pressure was dismal but that’s the only thing I would fault. Other than that a great park and would easily come back.

Booked for 2 nights but checked out after 1 night. Probably the worst experience I’ve had in a long time and would certainly never stay here again. The “tents” are ok and are generally well equipped. What was unacceptable was the amount of noise from the neighbouring tents and trailers and the vehicles which seemed to happily speed around the site. Also the noise from the adjacent main road was constant.

Had a overnight power ste for 10 days due to a car mishap,very big park and impersonal apart from one of the ground persons,didn't get his name but he had a beard and was working on replacing the lawn near the pool, asked us every day how we were going and if we were ok, nice man needs a pat on the back from managers.

The ensuite toilet had skid marks, the cooktop had crusted food and gunk around the edges and knobs. Laminate lifting on the cupboards. Holes in the lino. No fan on the deck and boy is it hot out there. Generalky not maintained. Grumpy reception staff. $175 per night. Bugger that. We I would not stay here again.

This was our first park on our trip and enjoyed our stay. From very friendly reception ,nice park , well laid out,clean amenities, not tooo far into town, first time to Dubbo so we enjoyed our brief stay and maybe come back, stay longer, and see the zoo .

We booked a superior 3 bedroom cabin. The cabin was not clean, the carpet had holes in it and the third bedroom is small and stuffy. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds but the management will not make up the top bunk. The room is so small that it cannot acomodate a fan- a big challange when the temperature reached over 36 degrees each day. The kitched table has burn-marks and the kitchen is not well apointed. The pool area is nice but the pool is small for the number of guests. I will not stay here again
