由於是學生宿舍所以所需品可以向前台領取，若不想加錢需自備浴巾。

value for money could be improved by including towels and bath mat in the base price. specific request such as quiet location in the building has not been taken into account, whereas many more quiet rooms were unoccupied at this time.

Stayed with family occupying whole flat. All rooms were clean, spacious, & comfortable with plenty of mugs, plates & cutlery available. Access for disabled member of party was no problem. Location quiet but handy for walking to many attractions. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. I would love to stay here again!

The staff were really good at this hotel and the location is great but some other things let the place down, mainly around the building itself. Cleanliness is desperately lacking. Our room wasn’t the cleanest and it was clear no one checks the fridges in the communal areas as there was mouldy food in there for our full stay. The rooms were very hot and unfortunately there were no fans available at reception. Having the window open would solve this problem but there is a club on the ground floor of the same building which can be heard until the early hours. Roller blinds also meant that, given the window opened inwards, it was difficult to have the window open and the blinds fully down when sleeping. The heavy fire doors also made huge bangs every time someone went through, which again made it difficult to sleep.

+ close to the city center + bright rooms + size of the room + friendly staff members - no bins in rooms. always had to carry my trash from the 5th floor down to a bin outside - matrasses not very comfortable - cleaning could have been better - no towel for feet in bathroom

+ Everything you need is in range, even the Temple Bar is just 15-20 min away + Staff was pretty nice + It's cheap + Washing room and gym - Towels only for rent - Loud - Hard pillows - Small beds for two - The rule states that you are not allowed to bring any food or drink other than water into your room.
