Great location and super amenities. Great home from home.

A bit far away from the action but room is great…just need to walk about 15 mins to get to the center of where the action is

The windows in the room were locked, so it was very stuffy. Also, why don't you provide daily room cleaning service?

A perfect stay in a perfect hotel ! It was my first trip to Dublin and was so happy we chose this hotel. The reception area was spacious & decorated lovely ! All of the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The prices of drinks were good seeing Dublin is expensive! The room was perfect with a kitchen area and all we needed. The bed and sofa bed were so comfortable and so clean ! We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent stay, front desk very helpful and friendly, I felt very comfortable and safe. Walking distance from most attractions, and located in a nice area. Would recommend and stay again.

Great location in the centre of town, close to Guinness Storehouse, Jameson Distillery as well as many bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful - check in was very fast. Rooms were clean and had everything you need to cook, even though we chose not to.

The cleaning service came in twice in the morning while I was sleeping. (It wasn’t even late in the morning - it was 8:30am and the guy just walked in) The front desk guy was really great and super helpful. But the overall experience was ruined because of the next morning. Really wanted to stay here again but will be reconsidering due to this terrible service experience. It was 20 min walk from the Grafton St if you walk fast. I didn’t mind the walk but it was longer than expected.

So lovely clean and welcoming. Staff amazing. Bag store. Went up to drop our bags off at around 10am and they actually had a room available which was amazing. Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked delicious. Such a comfy bed. All round 10/10.

Fire alarm went off all night in our room due to the heating in the room - staff unable to turn off after numerous attempts.

Staff were really accommodating and helpful with regards to check in. Location was adequate and walkable. Rooms were nice and clean.
