I have no idea why this hotel is only 3☆ It's an outstanding hotel! I can't fault it. This hotel is fantastic! It's location is great, it's clean and has a beautiful beach. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe in this hotel. There was so much variety for breakfast that I didn't know where to start. This included hams, cheeses, bread, fruits, meats/ sausages, eggs, yoghurts, coffee machines, etc. All the staff were very helpful (including my lovely cleaner, thank you cleaner, you're a star!). My room was a single room, it was just right for me it had a beautiful woods/slight sea view and the shower was amazing, probably the best shower I've ever had staying in different hotels. My room was clean & comfortable. The hotel is opposite the bus stop, which takes you to Old Town (bus 4) and many different places (€2.50 return or cheaper). There were 2 little shops nearby, but I found Tommy's Hypermarket, which had most things a foreigner needs & it was just down the road (just put in google maps Tommy's hypermarket) it was literally a 10min walk, so easy & simple to find. I am super impressed with this hotel & I would highly recommend it(& I'd easily go back there). I wish people would stop complaining about the hotel not having lifts smh, learn to use your legs, it's not difficult! Although my stay was short (6nights) I loved every minute of it. ☆☆☆☆☆ :)

Location is nice, right on the beach. Close to Dubrovnik, bus stop is right across the street, but buses get quite full in summer so we mainly used Uber which was only a few € more. On-site restaurant is not good. Many stairs, no elevator

Excellent service and good to stay

Managed well with all the facilities, loved the breakfast which was prepared based on our choice..enjoyed the stay with kids.

Had a great little trip to Dubrovnik with my Son, I wanted sun sand and sea and he wanted game of thrones so we picked this hotel. Right on the beach that offers water sports and close to bars and restaurants including a cool cave bar and only a fifteen min bus ride to the old town. Perfect for the best of both worlds. As you can see the room had an amazing view. Worthy to note, the music from the cave bar until about midnight could be heard from the room, along with the waves of the sea.

Nice location with the direct access to the beach and good views in the Resturant.

씨뷰를 예약 했으나 발코니 앞에 큰나무가 가려서 전혀 바다를 즐길수 없었습니다. 호텔 시설은 너무 옛날식이라 불편했어요. 침대도 불편하였습니다 조식당은 바다뷰라 나쁘지 않았어요. 욕실문에 머리카락 붙어 있었습니다. 이런 작은 요소들이 전체 적으로 청결하지 않다는 인상을 주더군요!

비스 호텔을 예약했으나, 기술적인 문제로 다른 호텔로 배정받았습니다. 구글리뷰를 보니, 이런 일들이 종종 일어나는 거 같더라구요. 저희는 최종적으로 코모도르 호텔 (Komodor Hotel)을 이용했습니다. 그 부근 호텔들이 다 같은 커뮤니티로 한 호텔에 문제가 생길 시에 다른 호텔로 이동시켜주는 듯 하더라구요. 호텔 위치는 버스정류장이 바로 앞에 있어서, 올드타운으로 이동하기 편했고, 직원들이 매우 친절했습니다. 조식도 맛있는 편이었고요. 단점을 굳이 꼽자면, 헤어드라이기가 매우 약하고 낡았어요. 헤어드라이기 중요하신 분들은 직접 가져오셔야할 것 같아요.

Hotel położony w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Część pokoi z widokiem na morze. Hotel z dostępem do kamienistej plaży.

網上看到的照片酒店門好像是在路邊，看起來比較方便，到了實地結果完全不一樣，要往下走二三十個台階，搬行李很不方便。酒店服務還可以，房間比較小，早餐豐富。

ドブロブニク旧市街からは少し距離があるので、旧市街へ行くならローカルバス利用がオススメ。ホテル前を走っているので、分かりやすいです。
