Roko House recensioner

Pros: great location in old city; convenient kitchenette with hot plate, sink & mini fridge enough to put together simple breakfast, comfortable room (mattress/AC) & clean Cons: No clear front desk or contact info posted—these are basically rooms above a restaurant and the workers seem busy with that. There was someone to give me the key, but it wasn’t clearly communicated how to checkout (leave keys in door? Turn in?) or how to get in touch with staff. I’m a pretty low-maintenance traveler, so this wasn’t a big problem, except that WiFi network and password posted didn’t work, and I didn’t know how to ask about it. (Wasted a lot of my SIM data, as a result 🙁) I think they should at least have a basic info/policy sheet with a WhatsApp contact or similar posted in the room.

环境：Both tram and train stations are very close to the hotel. 服务：So-so 卫生：Clean and tidy

房子不算很大，但也比較乾淨，房東也nice，提供基本的廚具和衞生紙之類的東西。在老城內地理位置還是不錯的，不用爬很多樓梯。晚上樓下吃飯的顧客噪音有點大，睡覺需要關窗户。總體還不錯！
