Boutique Villa Dorma

I stayed here for 3 nights in May, for the price we paid I would not recommended. We arrived at 11.30pm to find the hotel closed and a number left on the front door, we called this and was told we’ve have to wait 15 minutes, we were soaked. The room we had was nice and modern, however there is no safe, no where to hang up wet towels. But most shocking, we didn’t have a normal duvet. It was a sheet on the bed with a duvet on top so anybody could have slept on that, stains on sheets. Location is very good. Lastly you can only pay cash when u check out, no mention of this when booking. We paid 450 euros for 3 nights and this was not worth it at all. Avoid

The location is perfect, just outside the main gate to the old city. If you reserve in advance there is a free parking space available. Reception is friendly and helpful with parking and luggage. Payment is only in cash. The room is nice, with a small annex and an outside terrace. It is however very noisy, you can hear your neighbors word by word and also the activities downstairs in the reception area. But at night it is quiet. Internet is extremely slow and almost useless, to a point we just used our mobile data. But this is probably a local problem due to heavy use and I guess there is not much the hotel can do about it. So if you look for a very nice location, you don’t mind the noise because you are away all day and don’t need internet that much this is your perfect stay.

This hotel is just lovely. Very spacious newly refurbished clean room with a lovely balcony. Mini fridge with water and fizzy drinks, a kettle cups, glasses etc. The staff were very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. This hotel is a 2 min walk away from the cable cars entrance. The airport shuttle stops here too, €12 return p/p and takes about 30 mins. So close to the old town. We really enjoyed our stay thank you so much

Location is indeed one of the best in Dubrovnik, 3 mins walking to the entrance in the Old City. But they should improve the cleaning, especially the towels. All towells are grey colour not white anymore. One of the small towels was full of spots ... not pleasant at all. Parking is available in front of the villa but nobody told us we have to ask this particularly when booking. Payment is accepted only cash.

La ubicación es muy buena cerca de una de las entradas de la muralla, habitación perfecta, el baño top con amenities, cama cómoda, tiene plaza de aparcamiento si previamente lo reservas, personal amable, no dispone de ascensor pero bueno después de subir 2000 escalones desde el centro por unos 20 más tampoco te va pasar na Única pega que entra mucha luz al amanecer porque las cortinas no tapan bien

Lo mejor es la ubicación, cruzas una calle y ya estás en el casco antiguo de la ciudad. El hotel dispone de un parking, yo solo vi 2 plazas, no sé si tienen más, y es gratuito. Lo reservé en julio y ya entonces me lo confirmaron. El hotel contesta muy rápido los mensajes. La habitación es pequeña pero bonita y aunque está delante de una calle con mucho tráfico la ventana está muy aislada y no se oye nada cuando está cerrada. Las camas cómodas y la ducha con mucha potencia de agua y con buena mampara. El desayuno no está incluido, hay 3 opciones a escoger y todas cuestan 10 €, nosotros escogimos la croata y es muy abundante y de mucha calidad, me gustó mucho.
