酒店不錯，城市邊上高速邊上位置很方便，而且是蓋的是被子不是攤子，附近還有中餐館，走路開車過去都可以。

This is my 2nd stay and I will continue to stay here when traveling to Dubuque. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is also very good! If there is an issue, they do their best to correct it immediately!

This hotel is adjacent to Hwy 20, so throughout the night, there is noise from traffic. Access to the hotel's parking lot is primarily through the rear. Our King room for which we paid over $160 was very small and cramped (on a low-occupancy night). The hotel is clean, and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was average.

One-night stay while passing through. Felt more like a Motel 6 than a Fairfield. Maintenance on room features (like the security latch and the shower head) is needed, the breakfast is microwaved packages (McDonald’s would be better), and there was lots of noise through the night. Staff were friendly and were doing their best. This experience has made me uneasy about the Fairfield brand in general. The following night I paid about 2/3 this rate at a chain that’s typically down market from Fairfield and had a better stay. This place needs attention.

Room was comfortable, not fancy. Easy check in, no drama. The free breakfast was a bit disappointing, basically breakfast sandwiches that were ok. Oatmeal, yogurt, cereal provided, coffee was not the best. Overall, the stay was good for what we needed it to be. Mall, theatre, restaurants nearby. The hotel is easy to find, just off a main highway.

We were there for one night. Our reservation had been made by someone else, on their credit card. When we arrived, we were placed in a room with two queen beds that was really cramped. Since the hotel didn't have hardly anyone there, I called the front desk and asked if we could be switched to a single bed room. I was told no, a double had been booked. I even offered to pay the difference for a single room if needed, and again was told no (since the reservation was made by someone else). This seemed like a simple request, and the hotel had few people in it. I was very respectful and didn't think it was an unreasonable request, but the staff clearly didn't want to deal with it. Overall, the facility is dated but we found it to be clean and in a convenient location.

I stopped in mid week to see if I could get a room at the federal rate ($96) - rate was not available- there were 4 cars in the parking lot at 7 pm. Based on other reviews it’s probably best that I went to the Holiday Inn instead - there were a few dozen cars in the parking lot and they had govt rate available and staff were much more friendly

The hotel is very clean. We were in our room within 2 minutes of walking in. Water pressure was decent. It's a decent hotel and it's minutes from the University of Dubuque.
