Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill-Dudley recensioner

It was perfect.

Comfortable 4-Star hotel a 5 minute walk away from Merry Hill. Clean rooms, great pool and hospitable staff. Best day to book is typically a Thursday night for value for money.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The decor is dated but not unpleasant. The room we had was clean and equipped as advertised. The radiator was on which made the room a little too hot. There was no way to turn the radiator off. The reception organised a maintenance man to turn it off with an adjustable spanner. This was done quickly with a minimum of fuss. The maintenance man was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good. A good choice of pastry and a good machine coffee. The dining room was pleasant and clean. We enjoyed our stay and slept well in a comfortable bed. Thanks to the staff for making us feel welcomed

Clean room and view from the windows is amazing ,staff are friendly, breakfast is awake .

My expectations were surpassed and staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff were rude. We couldn’t control room temp from the room so we’re freezing at night. We were also placed in an adjoining room with people that kept their door open and decided to play the TV all night. Also. The hotel had several banging noises throughout the night so the nights sleep was horrific.

Beds comfy, rooms but outdated was ok, and I think there should be a breakfast included in the room price

I felt really special at this hotel. It was awesome. Food was perfect - the chips are the best. They should teach every hotel how to cook real chips - to die for. Room was amazing

First night we arrived woke up my daughter because of party music. We called front desk & they told us there was a party. They should have thought not to put 2 adults 1 child we were moved at 11pm at night, so family spilt up as only double bed upstairs.
