The Camino Real Hotel renews its facilities, now under the management of the experienced Zamorano Group. The Camino Real Hotel is a long stay hotel located in Dueñas, Palencia. It is an excellent location since it is a direct exit to the Castilla highway (A-62). The location is ideal for our passing tourist clients, as it is only 10 minutes from Palencia and 15 minutes from Valladolid.

Stayed there many times. Drove 7 hours and looking forward to a glass wine a relax and a meal. Checked in ..had to pay in advance…never before. Notice on desk said dinner from 8pm. However although on line when booking it says hotel has a restaurant..it does NOT. Too late to go elsewhere as already paid. Fortunately ít was not raining as forecast so we had to walk down the dusty road in cold wind for an indifferent meal in a truckers cafeteria. Looked in at trucker restaurant but waiter was off hand and disinterested so we decided to just order in cafeteria. My food came cold só sent it back to be heated. My husband ate half his cold meal as he could not be bothered to send it back Complained to receptionist at hotel who just said sorry. Filled in complaints form as we paid for something we did not receive Not a nice experience and will not go back

Repeat stay at this great little hotel. Conveniently located close to the autoroute it is an ideal transit stop. Easy to find, and with large dedicated parking area. Quick and friendly reception. Rooms are large for this level of hotel; well fitted out and clean. Ours was very quiet even though we faced the road. For the price point this hotel is excellent value. Minor quirk is that there is no dining on site (except breakfast), and so a short walk is required to a nearby road stop restaurant. This is typical Spanish "road stop"with a simple but more than adeqate menu, but expect it to be a bit noisy (with the inevitable TV), with somewhat prefunctory service. In summary we will certainly stay here again, and it has become one of my standard stop off points when transiting through Spain.

Wonderfully comfortable! Only minor issue was the air conditioning didn’t work in our room. Service was impeccable and super dog friendly!!! Would definitely keep this place as a regular stop over for our trips from the UK to Portugal. Don’t forget to stop at their associated restaurant for lunch, afternoon tapas or dinner!

Stayed at this hotel in transit through Spain. BLUF: Superb value for the standard of accommodation (paid only a little over €50). Hotel is easy to find, just off autoroute. Parking is off road, in front of building (but not secured). Reception was multi lingual and efficient. The hotel is relatively new, and the room is spacious, neat and clean. Bathroom excellent. Zircon and wifi both worked well. The area is quiet and we did not hear any noise. The only downside is that the restaurant for lunch/dinner is off site and requires a 400 walk to an adjacent associated road stop restaurant. The meal here was good, but expect a typical Spanish roadster experience - good solid menu, but a little noisy with the inevitable TV on. Do not expect fine romantic dining! Breakfast however is on site, and whilst not extensive, at only €4.50 is is good value and more than adequate.

Muy bien!! Habitación grande, camas buenas,limpieza buena.hotel muy recomendable para fin de semana en familia. Con niños muy bien. Haremos más paradas en este hotel. Volveremos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Le propriétaire a changé,l'hôtel n'offre plus le petit déjeuner offert les années précédentes. Aujourd'hui tout est au minimum et rationne. Le choix est minimaliste. La "directrice" une dénommée Zadia a le verbe pointu et n'accepte pas les critiques. Dommage

Déçu de cet hôtel, chambre très basique,pas de coffre fort, literie ok , le pire petit déjeuner, un seul café ou thé par personne,si vous en voulez un second vous devez payer. Un seul croissant ou pain au chocolat ou baguette garnie .un yaourt, un fruit. Les pdj dans les hôtels 1* en France sont plus consistants

Nos alojamos en este hotel ya que era el que mas nos gustó en la zona de las exposiciones de Juan Villa (Puerto Espacial y Castillo Encantado) que era lo que ibamos a visitar, además muy cerca de Valladolid (unos 15 min en coche). Nuestra estancia fue inmejorable: una habitacion y baño muy espaciosos, con una cama cómoda y nos trajeron mas almohadas sin problema. El desayuno es tipo continental, en el que tienes que seleccionar entre varias opciones que te ofrecen, pero suficiente y buena calidad. Nos encantó, si volvemos a la zona lo volveremos a elegir !!

Bien situé, car facile d'accès, au calme, avec un parking. L'hôtel est d'une grande propreté, les chambres très confortables disposent de tout le nécessaire requis pour un séjour reussi. Wi-fi efficace, accueil agréable, tout pour plaire. Petit déjeuner pas cher, mais un peu léger. Pour le dîner, une belle adresse à proximité, succursale de l'hôtel.
