Le Petit Létraz

We stayed here for 5 nights and were very pleased with our choice. A superb setting on the shoreline of Lake Annecy with lawns stretching down to the lake. We had an air conditioned ground floor lake view classic room, which had a lovely bathroom with a large walk in shower. There was a comfortable bed and a proper kettle!! It was nice to make a coffee or tea and sit out on the terrace in the morning. If a small fridge for milk etc could be added, it would be another good thing. Not really breakfast people, we usually had brunch with our children who were staying on a campsite in Sevrier. We hope to return to Hotel clos Marcel next year. The layout and design, both inside and in the grounds felt very hyggelig as promised! 😊

We've been coming to Annecy for almost 40 years and for the past few years we've been driving past this hotel and thinking "that looks nice, we must stay there sometime". In June 2022 we stayed in a Classic Room With Balcony and Sea View. The room was small but well designed and the balcony provided a beautiful view of the lake over to Talloires on the opposite side of the lake. There is a pontoon with swimming steps down to the lake, which is better than any hotel swimming pool and you can book private use of the sauna daily. The restaurant menu was different from the one posted online and had we known this we'd have probably eaten elsewhere but the chef made an exception to accommodate me, which was excellent. There were just two main courses on the menu - pork and fish - neither of which I can eat. However, the chef prepared a beef steak for me which was not on the menu which was superb but the menu does need more options - a beef of chicken dish for those of us who don't eat pork or lamb and also a vegan dish is needed these days. Not vegetarian, vegan, as vegans can't eat vegetarian but vegetarians will happily eat vegan. I'm not vegan by the way but my kids are and this is growing and needs to be accommodated. Despite the gripe about the restricted menu, what was prepared for me was excellent.

Séjour d'une nuit pour une expérience en 4**** qui se solde par une vraie déception...le personnel est très sympathique mais clairement pas au niveau de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un 4*. Chambre7 petite mal insonorisee car situee au dessus de l'entrée du batiment (et aussi tres mauvaise idee d'y avoir installé un babyfoot car nous avons eu droit a des discussions et cris des joueurs jusqu'à tard dans la soiree et tot le matin!!!), elle est fonctionnelle mais decoration sans aucun charme ou luxe (le soir nous avions un peu frais et avons voulu augmenté la climatisation à 25 degrés mais impossible) la douche était défectueuse, le ménage un peu fait rapidement (traces de projection de liquide ??sur le mur en face du lit peu ragoûtant et cheveux dans la douche...) petit déjeuner très décevant pour le tarif (presentation style cafeteria, peu de choix dans les viennoiseries et jus de fruit industriels). Pour résumer; le gros point positif est la plage de l'hotel mais je ne sais pas si cela mérite les fameuses 4* et le tarif à presque 300€...

Cadre top Et nourriture pas au niveau des prix. Rien de super bon… dessert compris … nous avons gouter la panacotta et dessert. Chocolat et rien de bon… Aucun interet en somme hormis le cadre qui est sublime Tres tres tres decus etnous ne reviendrons pas

100% Un hôtel très agréable à seulement 8Km d'Annecy: un accueil chaleureux, des chambres spacieuses et confortables, une literie au top, une propreté irréprochable, une excellente table (mention spéciale pour les desserts) et un excellent petit-déjeuner. Tout est parfait ! Petit moment de détente avec Bain Nordique et Sauna face au lac. Possibilité de louer des vélos pour faire le tour du Lac. Bref, je recommande vivement. Frédéric G.

Hôtel très calme, trop calme même. Impossible de trouver quelqu’un pour se faire servir un verre en terrasse malgré un magnifique soleil, une pauvre jeune fille laissée toute seule à la réception le soir, restaurant fermé pas de solution à nous proposer pour aller dîner, on croirait un hôtel abandonné, poussière, saleté dans le coin salon, extérieur pas nettoyé, couloir accès des chambres sales… beaucoup trop cher pour l’état de l’hôtel. A fuir.
