Small hotel but big rooms. Staffs were friendly, we arrived early in the morning but the rooms were full, they prepared us a meeting room for change. There’s some drainage smell in the toilet, but overall was good. Enjoyed my stay there.

Hotel is quite new and in the middle of a secluded alley. Lobby and common area quite nicely renovated but showing a bit of age for such a newly opened property. Some stains on pillowcase and bath robe. In room hot spring was nice, but quite strange for the bathroom to be so large but without a divider door facing the bedroom. Front desk staff was quite helpful.

Front desks were very friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Smart bidet and Dyson hairdryer. Breakfast could have included yogurt but overall is sufficient.

Room decoration is nice, but TV doesn't work. The recption at the lobby looks a bit old. Staff are nice and helpful. Many restaurants nearby if you are fancy of local (sichuan) food. Otherwise, western cuisine at the hotel is nice but is pricey though

Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support. I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them. In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper. Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

Really good trip, nice hotel, nice view and nice staff

The hotel is nicely located and the staff is very friendly. There was an English speaking staff member who was available at all times and helped us with every need. She also made great recommendations for day trips and was very kind and friendly. The rooms were nice, though not that well thought through but it is nice for a short stay.
