Fantastic hotel. We were on impulse booking a short trip and found this hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our room. location is very convenient, near the train station, plenty of buses to go where you need to go. Easy to get didi car.

It is a cute hotel with a really awesome fruit platter that they present to you when you arrive! It has an abundance of fruit and different options, including longyan (longans!) The hotel is a bit hard to find--the Didi drivers usually get routed kind of to the parking entrance but I would just enter the little town directly from the front gate, not the parking garage. If you arrive during daytime hours, the general manager (she has short hair and wears a blue suit and glasses) will help you out because she is standing at a little kiosk at the front to welcome and greet guests. She is fantastic and one of the highlights of my entire stay. She was everywhere whenever I needed her. For example, she was there when I arrived, looking lost because I couldn't find the hotel and was a little confused on how to get inside (you might see this mural/hanging poster sort of situation and the lobby entrance is basically to the left of that). She was there in the morning when I was getting breakfast and was unfamiliar with some of the menu items. She was there when I was leaving and helped receive my kuaidi (courier) delivery too and pass it to me! She even reminded me of the benefits I have as a guest at the hotel (that I had actually forgotten about), like the afternoon tea experience that is included in the price of my stay. Even though I didn't use it immediately on arrival, she helped arrange it so I could use it the day I checked out and was leaving, so I got to enjoy some nice buckwheat tea and cookies after my hike and before my long train ride to my next destination! She really cares about the comfort of her guests and everything that's going on at the hotel. Overall, a very relaxing stay and I appreciate my experience there. Also, finally, the toiletries are amazing. They are bergamot-scented and actually very high quality. I've stayed at much more expensive hotels and these are by far the best toiletries I've ever used. The conditioner in particular is especially good and really moisturizes your hair.

The hotel rooms was so lovely, I loved the complimentary fruit. If you can book the room with private baths. It was a very cosy stay in the winter months.

Very convenient location. Just across the road from station and a few metres from the shuttle bus to front mountain. Room is great as per pictures.

This hotel was awesome! So clean, so convenient, the room was a really good size, the hot tub in the room definitely added to the premium experience. Breakfast was great! The service staff from breakfast are specially nice. They were super helpful when we were asking questions and even though they didn’t fully speak english they understood our coffee and noodles order. Definitely recommend! Also so close to the shuttle to the Front of the mountain and the buses to the back of the mountain! We really recommend you go to the back of the mountain, take the cable car up, then make your way down the trails, it is about a 4 hour hike, very worth it and it is not easy but not suuuper hard. People recommend you go up first and take the cablecar down but I think that’s a bad idea. Also, don’t skip the Temple in Tai’an Ancient City, and have a good meal at the restaurant across the street called Tingchan Restaurant. Also if you have time go on a little walk towards the left once you exit the hotel and enjoy the park!

Very nice location close to everything ( Railway, tram, golf cart to Front entrance of Qingcengshan). Room is spacious. Service was decent and very helpful staff. only problem is the air condition in the room seems not working properly. THe room was too warm even I set temperature below 20C.

Nice facilities and quite very new. The hotel was very quite in the end of April and half empty. Matched quite well with serene atmosphere of Qingchengshan. Very close to both Panda Garden and entrance to Qingchengshan, as well as Dujiangyan. If you want you can even get to all three in one full day, but it will be quite challenging. They have English-speaking staff, that, though not always present at the desk, is quite daring to help.

Perfect location for a mountain trip. The room was very comfortable. The public hot springs feels fantastic after the day of walking

Despite it being a working holiday, I truly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel and its location. When I did have some downtime, the Qingcheng Mountain was a great respite and the view at the top left me in awe even though it was overcast. Dujiangyan is also close by and easy to get to, from the hotel location. The hotel had all the amenities and more, and suited my needs perfectly. I especially enjoyed the hot springs tub throughout my stay, and the complementary fruit tray on the first day was a nice welcoming touch. Breakfast is a wide variety of Chinese food, fruits and yoghurts.

Lovely hotel right beside the sightseeing car that takes you to the front gate of Mount Qingcheng. It is also a short 3 min walk across the station. The interior of the hotel is beautiful. Chinese style. Hotel is new. They even provided us with a lovely fruit platter at checkin and upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi. We spent two nights here. It is also convenient to get to dujiangyan and the panda centers around the region. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay here. I was given free upgrades to a bigger room with a bathtub in the balcony. There's plenty of food eateries outside. It's about 3 min walk to QingChengShan train station. There are 2 provision stores to get your basic essentials and cup noodles or biscuits. You can book Didi taxi to Panda Valley (20 min) or Panda Garden (15 min). It's about 25 min ride to DuJiangYan scenic area where you can visit some interesting places and more food options. You could also use the free washing machine and dryer. There's also outdoor pool where you could enjoy.
