Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain recensioner

Stayed at the Six Senses Qingchengshan with family to celebrate the new year. The property was very quaint at the base of the Qingchengshan mountain. The resort was beautiful and the staff is extremely helpful and nice. Sofia and Himmel were extremely helpful as the guest service staff. Would highly recommend

This was the most beautiful resort that I have ever been to. I enjoyed a wonderful massage experience and all the staff were very helpful. Alyssa and Sofia were always available to assist me when I needed it. I highly recommend this resort for anyone who wants to relax and escape the city.

Amazing place BUT... Staff could be much better trained for such an upscale hotel/resort, those standing at the entrance. Slow in response, not greeting guests, not giving any directions upon arrival. Could have provided better service by asking guests if they are going to any destinations nearby, inform guests that popular destination such as the Panda attraction needs booking in advance, the spa booking may not have slot best to book before whatever time, etc. Wanted the spa and panda but missed both as we were not told beforehand during conversations and even for the panda only knew it on the 2nd time we enquired.

Best hotel in Chengdu located at Qingcheng mountain. Free ice cream to redeem at the cafe. Ethan is very helpful and friendly!

Amazing experience! Surrounded by nature in a super well designed space completed with by the care and attention of the butler - Enyu. Enyu was super proactive and paid great attention to the details and ensured that the stay was comfortable! Every little thing from activity planning to food planning, breakfast, etc. Thank you Enyu. Definitely be back.

2 night stay at Six senses to visit the local area and Wolong Panda Reserve with my adult daughter. From the moment I made contact with the hotel the staff were amazing. The hotel arranged airport pick up (thank you Kevin) and from the moment we landed we were taken care of. Fresh fruit and tea served en route to the hotel and a smooth journey despite the snow. A big shout out to Kevin and Yuki for their helpfulness both before and during our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent. The rooms, the spa, the restaurant were all exceptional. Look forward to returning to stay here again. Thanks also to Melissa for ensuring our stay was amazing 🤩

The room is very nice, a very family friendly hotel and service is excellent.

Had always wanted to try Six Sense and finally made it to one of their locations, Qing Cheng Sichuan. Love the tranquil environment, for a short trip away from city life. Located 10mins walk away from Qing Cheng mountain entrance, making it the most convenient location for our expedition to visit the mountains. The resort is heavily surrounded by greens and the wooden structured rooms definitely merges one into the nature environment. The food is great, with a huge selection to offer at the breakfast buffet, meeting top hotel standards. The Sichuan and Thai restaurant really gives the taste buds its best experience. The best part of the stay is surely their top notch service, with personalized concierge services and amazing staff throughout the compound, which made the stay absolutely 6 stars. They had buggy available throughout the resort and every staff around was polite and welcoming. Special thanks to their staff Mandy(马雅萍), who was super caring and helpful, giving great advises, suggestions and care at all times on wechat, and her warm reminder whether it be weather issues or special touch to our local travels surely uplifted our stay with Six Sense. The only improvement I would recommend to the stay would be that they should offer some free experiences inside the resort, like sampling their more intense courses, with simple arts and crafts classes, morning yoga/tai chi class, guided short hikes etc, with a weekly schedule so customers can choose to join. That would surely make the stay even more enjoyable.

Sofia truly understand what good service is about, she always often appears when we need help, like when we were getting late for our taxi, she shows up with a golf cart pick us up, like help us move all our luggages while we were outside enjoy the nature walk in Qingcheng Mountain; and delight us with thoughtful surprises, like make a delicious cheese cake appears in our room, with all fruits my wife like and exact salty level I love for a cheese cake. They say good servers are invisible, then great server leave a sparkle impression in our memory. I’ve never had a butler before, in fact, both me and my wife are very autonomous person, we were both a bit uncomfortable about the idea having a stranger take care things for us, however Sofia’s butler service is a great introduction to both of us, and we enjoyed the experience, and we’ve learned how to make the best of a short period of vacation time by delegating tasks to our service provider. Thank you Sofia.

Lovely resort, very relaxing. Mandy who checked us in and helped us arrange spa bookings and other bookings was very attentive. Would love to stay again!
