Song Hotel recensioner

Our first booked room left much to be desired, dirty windows and unkept lawn with many insects in the courtyard. I asked for a room change and management swiftly not only changed but also upgraded us to a two bedroom villa and were very apologetic. I really did enjoy my stay and would recommend this place to all families and couples.

This Hotel is located on beautiful grounds, however it is a real shame that they are letting the weeds takeover everywhere. Still very pleasant to walk around the complex with all the trees, flowers, lake, swans & ducks, but it breaks your heart to see the weeds taking over everywhere and there is what once would have been a beautiful Rose Flower path and the roses are still flowering but no maintenance at all and weeks are taller than the rose bushes and all they seem to do is just the grass and forget the rest. Rooms and facilities were very clean, so I was impressed. Room layout is excellent and very, very big with a courtyard and external spa, you start to relax as soon as you walk in the door. The only thing that put me and my wife off is the mahjong table in the main room on the first floor. TV had no movies and no English Chanels at all. Food in the All Day Dining (Chinese Restaurant) was very nice but limited. Breakfast was not a very big selection and probably because it is not peak season, however it also was not very good and put us off even trying the Western Food for dinner and went across the road for fast food instead. Staff were very nice and polite. We want for my wife's birthday and apart from the impressive building structures, there was no WOW factor for the overall experience.

As a family of four with two kids we had a wonderful stay at Song Hotel in Dujiangyan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, right next to the ski hall and a mall. To Qingchengshan it is only a 15 minutes drive. The service was excellent and especially Dai Xiao made us feel home and helped us with everything we needed. The villa had a beautiful view on the mountains and the private hot tub in the backyard was very relaxing. The villa was equipped very well and we did not miss anything - also the two restaurants (Chinese & western food) were very delicious. We can definitely recommend it and we want to come back soon!

酒店所處園區空氣清新，蜀仙湖畔可以散步，路上銀杏樹的一抹金黃令人難忘；房間乾淨衞生，設備設施較新，維護保養比較好，令人難忘的是：在這寒冷的冬日，可以在自家花園泡温泉。特別感謝我們的管家kiko，自入住開始，無微不至的關心照顧，讓我們的週末假期温馨愉快，謝謝！最後，特別推薦，酒店的餐廳川菜家常味做得真是地道可口，回鍋肉、麻婆豆腐必點。期待下次相聚！

酒店大堂氣派，房間挺大的，有2層，乾淨舒適，送了一份下午茶，花園漂亮有一個湯池，晚上安安靜靜，望着天上的星星，躺在池子裏泡湯，非常舒適，管家服務周到，隨時提供各種服務。唯一不足的就是早餐品種有點少，不過，衝著宋品這個品牌，下次還會選擇宋品。

今年是第二年來青城山了本來想訂六善但它沒有温泉所以選了宋品，宋品真的太好了環境清幽房間全是獨棟別墅帶私家温泉泡池，全是中式庭院風格好喜歡，房間乾淨安靜，有很多都説是真温泉其實都熱水來的，但宋品這是真温泉泡多久都手都不會皺，昨天爬完山泡温泉♨️真的超級舒服，趕走了一身的疲憊，管家楊世美小姐姐服務超級好無論我們多晚找她都會馬上回復我們並提供幫助，明年我們再來青城山還會繼續選擇宋品😊

環境：酒店位於都江堰景區5km左右的融創茂板塊，酒店房間均以別墅為主，環境清幽、鳥語花香。 服務：酒店管家楊世美在入住前就發了入住温馨提示，入住期間有任何需要都第一時間響應，非常滿意。 設施：酒店2021年開業，房間設施都比較新，還有室外的温泉池，晚上泡了泡腳。庭院裏有4人座椅，很適合休閑度假。 早餐：選擇豐富，早餐環境非常棒，面向中心湖，還可以看到天鵝。下午茶精緻。

我必須要給成都青城宋品酒店一個大大的好評！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了無微不至的服務。前台接待人員笑容滿面，熱情地為我辦理入住手續，還詳細介紹了酒店的各項設施和周邊的遊玩攻略，讓人倍感貼心，酒店管家楊春服務很好，原本衹住2天，後面又續住了一天，跟酒店管家楊春相處下來很愉快！會給我介紹各種景點，推薦周邊美食，特別細心特別周到。非常開心來宋品酒店，也因為管家楊春有了一段非常開心的旅程。

酒店管家 Tibbers 的服務非常到位，幫我解決了在入住過程中的很多問題，很舒心的體驗，環境和服務都非常好，房間很新，有設計感，帶家人出遊的好選擇。同時也很有性價比。

實在是太滿意了！超氣派的大堂，感覺最特別的大堂裏三個紅色鳥籠，嘰嘰喳喳鳥鳴聲聽着很治癒！環境特別好，管家楊世美小姐姐很nice，房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的，房間足夠安靜，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，感覺很不錯！地理位置好，交通也方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，停車免費，住的很滿意！

管家楊世美在入住之前就添加了wx，服務真的很好，還給我們推薦了附近好吃的餐廳，真的超級好吃，酒店環境很好，有免費的停車位，酒店早餐也很豐富，房間裏面有機麻，温泉池，酒店還送了融創的滑雪票或者釣魚活動二選一，總之是很舒適，很難忘的住宿體驗，下次還來

離成都這麼近的私湯別墅其實不好找，所以每年冬天都會帶着家人來宋品小住一兩晚，爬爬山，泡泡温泉，湖邊喂喂天鵝，舒緩一下冬日容易緊張的心情。

酒店大堂非常大氣典雅，前台辦入住很快，服務態度也非常好，管家楊春回覆消息很及時，耐心解答我的各種疑問，服務很好，讓人住的很舒心。

酒店的環境與房間設施、服務人員一流的服務質量以及管家楊春提供的個性化的服務，給我留下了美好的記憶，住這裡會度過一段美好而難忘的時光！
