Good service, clean and nice environment. Lobby at Level 16 is a good choice for exclusivity. Comes with welcome drinks too.

Second time staying here~ The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Last minute requesting for a change of date, they are very patient and helpful and manage to solve my problems!

Hotel staff are very nice, they provide free shuttle to the near malls. Will stay again if I go back!

We booked a grand deluxe king room with 2 window but they told us when we check in at 2pm that the room we booked have been downgraded to 1 window room and they didnt tell us before

We stayed 4 nights at the Whiz Luxe Hotel and want to share our thoughts. The location is excellent—central with beautiful views of the city and Mount Arjuna. The hotel has a stylish aesthetic, and the breakfast is very good and with no doubt one of the best gym I ever saw in a hotel. However, there were some serious issues with cleanliness and maintenance, which are surprising for a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, we found a toilet roll in the pool, and there were food and bodily stains on the wall above the bed, behind the table on the wall and on the bedding. The showerhead was also poorly installed, causing water to splash everywhere. Although these issues were eventually addressed, the response time was slow. The reason we completed our stay is that family and friends live nearby.

The bed is quite firm and not as soft as I would expect. The location is super good tho.

Room was nice and clean, only the towels should be due for change.

I like the breakfast, the choice are mostly I like, I’ll come back again occasionally the price keep no increase.
