Clarion Suites Duluth I-85 recensioner

It has great lake view, we enjoyed having breakfast there :) The room is spacious with all the needed ammonites.

這裏的員工態度還行。住這交通還算方便。 不過酒店裡的衞生就堪憂啊，一樓充滿奇怪的味道。房間就中規中矩，設施比較舊。

這酒店地毯很臟的感覺，一股濃濃的的“味道”. 不過位置還不錯，對面就有中餐館。 房間也算大，有沙發。 不過這邊住的人感覺都很雜，什麼人都有。

Pillows were soft, bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The facility is under renovation and other amenities were not available. The staff was pleasant and offered breakfast in the am which didn't partake because of an early checkout.

Property is being updated and looks like it will be very nice. My accommodations were comfortable, up to date, and a great value for the price. My only issue is $100.00 deposit for incidentals is absolutely ludicrous for a hotel without a full service restaurant or bar. The pantry was well stocked but, I could never spend $100.00 on candy and chips in a 24 hour stay. A reasonable deposit would be $25 or $50 max. $100 is not realistic.

There was a lot of renovation going on, and a lot of things not in my room that should have been in there (iron, ironing board, hair dryer, phone, television remote) but for the most part,I visited for Business purposes. I appreciated the excellent customer service, and the items needed were provided upon request.

This place will need a major upgrade just to reach the designation of "horrible." The place was a slum. Carpets were disgusting. Beds were lumpy and tilted from foot to head, dropping 4". Management said they had one other room, and the recommended we not look at it because it was worse. Construction started at 7:15am, waking guests. Not sure what continent the continental breakfast came from, but what little there was did not arrive in good shape. Front desk was apologetic, but essentially useless. Four days after checking out I got billed an additional fee. When I called, I was told my bill would be e-mailed to me. After three tries, the desk at the hotel said they had the email address right, but it is yet to arrive. Corporate customer service is a "grind them down and see if they hold on" operation. I will NEVER stay at a Clarion hotel again. NEVER. I'd rather sleep in my car.

It was decent for what I paid for the room. Room could have used a little tlc bit all in all it was fine. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were nice. I'm used to the USB outlets for my phone charger and they didn't have that. Room was clean and the little food selection was a kicker so I didn't have to go to the store and the prices were fair.

First thing I saw was the trash can was overflowing right beside the front door. The place is under major renovation. Bags of concrete and other construction materials were in the lobby. I was not informed of that prior. Front sliding doors barely worked and you could almost not get out of the lobby. Bath tub faucet leaked constantly (alot) Outlet in bath was barely in the wall and did not work. Hall carpet was filthy. Several other lack of maintenance items you can see in my pictures. Staff was nice and the room was clean. Bed and pillows were nice and sheets were nice and clean. Why do they make hotel doors that slam shut. Doors started slamming loudly at 7am. All hotels need softer closing doors.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel looks nothing like the photos. It is dirty. It has bugs. Terrible customer service. Smells like cigarettes and or ****. The rooms have roches. No manager is available. We complained and asked to some money back which I think is reasonable considering but the response we got was not good enough.

Beware! This place was a total ripoff, I called ahead to the front desk to make a reservation for that night. They quoted me a price of $59.06. The next morning they gave us a receipt for $59.06. Our credit card bill, however, was for $106.15. They added a reservation fee of $17.99 from the front desk and $29.10 in taxes and fees. I'm glad we paid with a credit card... they're contacting the extra charges.

Our stay was okay. There was a gentleman sleeping in the lobby for about 2 hours while we were there. That was really creepy. It was evening. The person behind the desk didn't seem to think it was weird. He was there when we checked in about 7:00pm. He was there when we went to get something to eat, and he was there when we got back around 8:30 pm. The lobby was very small. The room was okay. Bathroom and bed were clean. The furniture in our room was nasty looking. I think this hotel needs sprucing up.

Very nice staff! Nice and quiet neighborhood right by a lot of shopping places. Rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. Check in and check out fast with no hassles! Highly recommend this hotel to other tourists. Breakfast everyday ready and served by 6:30am
