Good services and Front desk offer a free coke for second night. Breakfast is simple but free.

Good hotel for an overnight stay. Breakfast included in price (continental). Rooms are a bit dated but everything was clean and staff were friendly.

Was extremely dubious about staying after reading reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Our room (8) was large, clean and had a kettle with tea, coffee etc provided. It had a lovely refurbished bathroom with a large walk in shower. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was just fine. Tea/coffee and toast were brought to us (all I required) and there was also a selection of cereals and other items available. We were attending a party nearby and the hotel overall met our requirements perfectly.

After reading the review we were a little worried but we decided to go and see the place for ourselves. On arrival the building looked closed with lots of road dust on all the windows but the staff were onside to greet us and were friendly. We arrived early in the afternoon so one 2 of the 4 rooms we had booked were not ready but would be completed in approximately 15 minutes and they were,staff also offered us drinks (tea or coffee) while we waited. We got the keys to the rooms and staff kindly escorted/directed us to the rooms, the room was clean and all the bedding was freshly white and clean also, the room decor was dated with some signs of repairs to the walls (polyfiller), there was plenty of plug sockets to plug in devices, ample storage and a tv which was working perfect. There was also a complimentary continental breakfast with cereal, yoghurt, fruit and toast. Overall a nice experience from a reasonably priced hotel which the owners are currently in the process of repairing and renovating.

We booked through ******* and are hoping for a refund, otherwise we will take it up with visa. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The photos are from the previous owners and do not at all reflect current state of hotel. Bedbugs, mold, filth, just awful. We checked in and didn’t even stay one of our three nights. If we do not get a refund through ******* I will not stop until the owners refund me directly. Truly terrible.
