This is my favorite place to stay when traveling to visit my family. I've recommended this property to friends and family. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is great, rooms are clean and the breakfast is yummy! Keep being awesome everyone!

Warning....Duncan Home 2 Suites is a pleasant hotel with fabulous personnel. But...check your bill carefully. They now include a "destination fee", a 2% additional charge. Even though I am a diamond member and paid for my stay using points and money, I was charged this fee. No one there can explain what it's for. Hilton corporate said it's a local hotel addition not required by them. And not all Hilton affiliated venues charge it. At 2 % daily this latest gouge adds up.

Had booked another hotel that was dark and felt dingy and just couldn't stay there longer. Stumbled into this one and should have been the 1st pick! Christina, front desk, was incredibly gracious and understanding. Room was big, clean, bright, great AC. Plenty of room to unpack. Full fridge and microwave. Had cook top available by request. Nice light blocking roller shades not icky curtains. Comfortable beds and pillows. I had view of forest. DirectTV with HBO. Lobby is welcoming. Cookies and infused water. Breakfast was better than I've had any other place. Full blown breakfast sandwiches with eggs, meat, cheese on biscuits and bagels. Even at 945 (ends at 10!) they were still restocking waffle batter, a few sandwiches, and fresh fruit. Super convenient location. Walk to Starbucks, QT, Fuddruckers. Less than 2 minute drive to at least 10 more restaurants. Close to freeway for easy access. Rooms were so quiet! Walking down the hall could hear a noisy family but not at all in the room. Also didn't notice any interstate noise. Easy ~1hr drive from Charlotte/CLT.

We really enjoyed our stay at Home2. Christina was super helpful and accommodating as we arrived a few hours early to check in. Very warm and friendly, she had some great suggestions for things to do around town. When some folks got loud around the fire pit out late one night De’Aieshia took care of it very professionally. Breakfast is kept fresh and hot, with juices on tap. We would gladly stay at the Duncan Home2 on our next visit!

One of the best designed, well managed breakfast area I have experienced in hotels. Easy check in, comfortable beds. Rooms have plenty of storage areas. Easy to read and change HVAC thermostats. Overall an excellent experience. Definitely will use again

We were on a long road trip and quite tired by the time we arrived at this hotel. We had never stayed at a Home2 before but thought we would try this one. Kim at the front desk was so kind and helpful and just a true breath of fresh air after such a long day on the road. We were amazed at the size of the room which was immaculate and inviting. Breakfast was filling and tasty with a good number of choices.

Letonya and Gailya were nothing short of amazing. Made our large group feel so welcome and comfortable. Treated each and everyone with kindness and love. We couldn’t have asked for better service and place to call home for a few days.

So our journey began in New Jersey to Richmond, Virginia and when we arrived to Duncan it was raining and we were exhausted but we were greeted with a friendly and warm smile that made us forget about our exhaustion and remembered that we were on vacation and that is exactly what Letonya did. The best welcome I have ever received. She made us feel like we landed in Honolulu and checked us in, offered us tea, coffee, fresh baked cookies and infused water. She advised us that if anything was wrong with our room to let her know and she would fix it but the room was perfect. The breakfast lady kept the area super clean and filled. Our visit and experience was above and beyond what we anticipated. Thank you. From 105 March 3, 2023- March 4, 2023
