excellent king double and a lovely breakfast. Staff good for breakfast but a bit immature in the evening.

third visit to this hotel rooms are to a very high spec and very modern and spotless clean hotel in centre of town with plenty to do on the high street and 50 yards from a lovely park food in hotel is excellent and plenty of it staff were so nice receptionist /night porter/waitress and even the cleaner said hope you have a lovely day will be back 10 out of 10 David ayrshire

A comfortable hotel, in a city centre location,Friendly staff,clean rooms and good breakfast,All front of house,housekeeping and chefs provided the kind of service that made my stay, all the more pleasant,ample parking,and close to rail and bus links all within walking distance.The hotel is located at the end of the High St,so great for visiting all of Dunfermlines attractions.Highly Reccomended if you are looking for a Holiday/stay in Dunfermline

Convenient hotel in Central Dunfermline (but with plenty of parking at the back), that was nicely furnished and surprisingly modern given parts of the building are 200 years old. The staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Only snag was the kitchen closes at 7.45 pm so if you want to eat at the hotel be sure to do so early.

Lovely lovely hotel ! Very modern downstairs in the bar area and first floor area ! Our room had a massive bathroom with was spotless and I mean spotless had a new bathroom fitted by the looks of it the only thing wrong with the bathroom was there was no hooks to hang your towel or clothes and the toilet felt like you were taking it with you when you got off of it ! But apart from that it was spotlessly clean ! The beds were very clean and comfy ! The whole room was clean apart from some stainage on the carpet just looks like carpet needs a good shampoo ! I forgot my hairdryer I went down to the reception and was given one straight away ! Also asked for more toilet roll which was bought up to the room which was nice ! Such a handy hotel for wandering into town and pubs and restaurants all around ! We had a breakfast included in our stay which was nice ! I also had the cocktails downstairs which were nice ! This hotel is lovely ! We will defo return lovely welcoming restaurant bar staff and reception staff and defo think the cleaners need to be recognised for there attention to detail with how spotless the rooms were as I wish we had stayed for two night instead of one as we stayed at the adamson hotel the sister hotel and that was shocking !

Spent a Friday night here at the end of July. The hotel is right in the centre of Dunfermline so very convenient for bars, restaurants and shops. There were plenty of car parking spaces at the back of the hotel (pay and display - you can't pay by card, either coins or by using the Ringo app). We had a Super King Executive Room which was huge, had a comfy bed and very clean. Free tea and coffee making facilities too. The bathroom was also big with a walk-in shower. Breakfast was included, you can help yourself to cereals, fruit, jams, Yoghurts, coffee and juice. There's also bread and a toasting machine you can use. You order cooked options from a menu (and tea if you want this). The food was piping hot and tasty. Staff were friendly and for the price we paid our stay was good value. Would stay here again.

The staff were all lovely, but the hotel was disappointing. Food was below average, coffee at breakfast was like dishwater and I would have expected the bed to be made- not the duvet just thrown over a crumpled undersheet. Not value for money.

Great Hotel, excellent breakfast, evening meals were very reasonably priced. Staff were excellent and very helpful. The only negative thing was the room, we chose an executive room, it was very spacious had 1 desk and 1 chair plus the bed there was plenty of room to have another chair an perhaps a small table where you could have your coffee in the morning. Just a suggestion.
