Very good hotel, it is clean, comfortable and the location is very convenient in the city center. The personal is very helpful if you need any recommendations and consilient. I highly recommend this hotel. Good price/quality ratio

I stayed at the hotel as a solo traveler during the low season. Upon arrival I found that I had an issue with the room that I had booked, but the staff was very professional and went above and beyond to help sort it out. The location is great, within walking distance to the railroad/bus/airport shuttle bus & night market. Every staff member that I interacted with, whether they spoke english fluently or through a translator, was very friendly, helpful & forthcoming with information. Likewise, the cleaning staff did a good job & was friendly. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff who made the check-in experience go smoothly, and a nice tea relaxation room towards the back of the hotel while waiting to check out. The room was also very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Well designed room, including an auto toilet. Comfortable bed. Extremely good value during low season. Pleasant and efficient check in by a young lady on night of Nov 1. Helpful guard.

This hotel was so comfy and affordable that we booked an extra night. We got an even larger room for a cheaper price. The beds are super comfortable and everything clean and in top shape. Would certainly stay again!

Old carpet and old room furnishing make the room appear unclean and uncomfortable, even though it's reasonably clean. However, the bathroom and toilet are newly renovated. Suitable choice for budget conscious traveller.

It’s a simple but cosy hotel, good location in the city and easy to get public transport. There is a room behind the reception leading to the car park where you can get chrysanthemum tea and local tea provided by the hotel for free. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. I have no regrets for staying in this hotel for 3 nights.

自駕青甘大環線入住敦煌綠州主題酒店，酒店房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨整潔，房間佈置合理，洗漱乾濕分區，周圍環境不錯，很安靜，離沙州夜市步行幾百米，吃，住，行非常方便，特別是前台工作人員熱情周到，是一次不錯的入住體驗，已推薦給朋友

衞生很好，服務態度良好，打掃很乾凈，酒店提供很齊全，設施良好， 服務：前台的姐姐真的真的很熱情，會提醒我們很多，真的真的真的是特別好的小姐姐！！！ 環境：周圍出行很方便，方便打車，也離附近的夜市很近，但是賓館很安靜，不會打擾休息 這裏真的很好 是一個很適合來的賓館，絕對絕對不會後悔

我們是自駕到敦煌途中看評分不錯盲定的酒店，到店後發現超預期！酒店斜對面就是市政府，附近美食餐館多。前台妹妹服務熱情，辦理入住效率高，服務態度非常好，主動協助開電視機、wiFi、提醒使用加濕器，服務面帶笑容、主動問好，禮貌道別，客房打掃乾淨整潔。下次到敦煌還會去住。

非常的不錯，酒店位置很好，打車也都很方便，離敦煌的黨河風情線，敦煌書局特別近，步行幾分鐘就到了，到沙洲夜市也就幾個路口，到景區都非常方便，前台小姐姐還貼心的為我們升級了房型，服務態度也都特別好，非常值得入住。

第一次來敦煌，挑了放暑假前來，體驗感特別好，去莫高窟都沒怎麼排隊！沙漠人也不算多！刷到這家店性價比很高！酒店離夜市挺近的但沒在夜市裡，睡覺挺安靜的，晚上從沙漠回來去夜市吃點東西步行十幾分鍾回酒店剛剛好，衞生也挺好的，沒異味，特別是廁所和浴室是分開的，很方便，推薦！！！號晚，好吃！下次還要來敦煌玩！

對酒店佈局衞生十分滿意。首先馬桶和淋雨是分離，這樣幾不耽誤洗澡也不耽誤上廁所。房間空間較大，床墊軟硬適中。最重要的是，有空調。晚上睡覺時候不冷不熱，温度剛剛好。我入住第二天，敦煌刮沙塵暴，下午回酒店時候，看到有服務員清掃走廊上的沙塵，保持酒店走廊衞生，讓我對這家酒店好感增加。以後再有機會來敦煌，也繼續住這家酒店。
