Since we are not on the water you will need your own truck/vehicle to transport the kayaks to the river. Smart TVs are in the living room and bedroom. Dogs allowed on a case by case basis with $80 pet fee required with prior owner approval. Please clean up after your dog. No cats allowed. This home is NOT located directly on the Rainbow River waterfront but an easy two minute walk away!The property is a 2 bedroom (1 queen bed per room) 1 bathroom home with 2 queen air mattresses and pack in play crib available for extra sleepers. Any additional guests that stay any nights during your stay must be pre-approved and limited to 8 people total per night plus room for an infant in the crib. The base rate includes 4 people any more people are an extra nightly charge of $25/person per night. The 65" 4K Samsung Smart TV provides easy login to any of your subscriptions. There is also a generous library of books and DVD/Blueray movies and ask to enjoy but please don't take home.
