This is my second time at the One. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Paseo Durango, a mall, and a Liverpool and Sears. It is centrally located and ordering an Uber is easy. The staff is very friendly, careful with my heavy luggage, and the breakfast was acceptable. The bathroom is a letdown: nothing but soap and towels, without and toiletries, and things were going well until I found a long hair in the sink (I hardly have any hair at all). I believe it’s a good, functional option for people on the go who are looking for a decent place to spend the night.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The room is decent. We had a twin room. The room is not really large and had only one chair, a desk bench in front of the window and a bit of storage space behind a curtain. The breakfast was decent, although mainly to the Mexican taste. The breakfast area is in the lobby and coffee and tea is available the whole day. We had the ask the cleaner to do our room, but she was happy to assist us and she did a good job. The beds are short. The shower was not so good. It took very long to get hot water, but when the water became hot, it was OK. The staff did not speak English very well. The hotel is located next to a shopping mall. Free parking is in the car park of the mall. Overall I can recommend this hotel as it is quite modern to Mexican standards.

Clean and quaint room. Stayed for a night. It’s located next to mall and shopping center. Couple taco stand across the street. Breakfast is decent. I would stay again, but not walking distance to the center. Not too far from the airport would stay again.

Hermosa ciudad! La historia desde colonial, la reforma, el imperio, la revolución todo paso por aquí, la gente es muy amable, la ciudad es limpia, hay arte, arquitectura y hasta una experiencia del viejo oeste, volvere encantado si Dios quiere.

Habitación 107 no enfría bien el aire 1. No cuentan con plancha en la habitación, si vas de trabajo con ropa de vestir no es tu opción. 2. Tienen una plancha en el piso 2 en un cuarto de lavado, pero igual si te la ganan tienes que esperar arto 3. Solo tienen elevador, no tienen escaleras, tienes que esperar arto tiempo a que el elevador no esté tan lleno y puedas subir. 4. Si eres claustrofóbico no reserves jaja 5. No tienen señalada la ruta de evacuación, si se incendian estoy por seguro que van a querer usar el elevador 6. La limpieza no es buena, basta con ver los pasillos para darse cuenta, probablemente les falta personal 7. Las lámparas del piso 2 se apagan y se prenden jaja 8. El desayuno está normal, le falta sal jaja si llegas tarde vas a encontrar un desorden (todo sucio), platos sucios por varias partes y trapos sucios y una cubeta vieja en un bote que está un lado de la barra $1,600 el precio, en resumen creo que hay otras opciones mejores, como que está un poco descuidado en mantenimiento y limpieza La señora de la cocina es bien amable

El one hotel es una excelente opción en durango está muy bien ubicado y es un hote limpio y con muy buena atención de su personal. lo recomiendo ampliamente porque además está a muy buen precio. gran atención.

Habitación muy pequeña, sin embargo cuenta con instalaciones en excelentes condiciones. Incluye desayuno tu estancia. Lo único malo que pude notar es la falta de limpieza en la ropa de cama y en la de baño. (manchas y roturas)

Implementar una renovación en fundas y sabanas, están muy desgastadas en ocaciones mal lavadas con restos de maquillaje, no hubo cobijas. Esto es necesario para un buen descanso. El servicio es muy cálido del personal. Gracias
