My experience is so good. Hotel is value for money. Everything is superb and i got easy check in and check out experience.

The room was clean. Services were up to the mark. The reception desk was managed well and the staff were very well behaved. There's a little issue regarding the parking as there's a lack of parking space. Otherwise the hotel is very good. The washroom was clean too.

The cleanliness of the hotel is good but staff behavior was not so good. Location is very good. There is no restaurant it would be better if there was restaurant.

Alka palace is lacking some facilities like in house food service. Staff were polite and helpful. Cleanliness is upto the mark.

Very bed experience staff behavior not good. Not clean and higen maintained locacation was good but no food or kitchen available there, very bed tea provided. Overall very bed experience
