Best place to stay in Durgapur. ... Very Courteous staff.... Very Smooth Check in and Check out. .... The food is also nice..... All the amenities are there in your room .... Anything and everything you need.... Don't miss their breakfast... It's quite lavish and delicious... A perfect start of the day...

It was my pleasure to stay in this hotel. The front staff named Priyanka, Anamika, Chand and Gautam with whom we interacted were very courteous, helpful, friendly and above all attentive. The front desk sales manager Mr Anil Dutta was always in a happy and cheerful mood and ready to help. The food served was very tasty and special thanks to Mr Parvesh Manager, Ujjal, kupu who used to come to us frequently to inquire about our needs and was offering the best services and all the staff serving there was very helpful and courteous. It was a wonderful trip and in August only, I stayed there about 13 days. The ambience of the hotel and the location is excellent and I will always prefer to stay in this hotel. Thanks to everyone in housekeeping department also to take care of our needs quickly and efficiently. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel without any issue.

Comfortable stay. Well appointed spacious room, stable Wi Fi, well trained staff and good ambience at the bar and dining hall.

This is my first time in this property its too comfortable. If i will come next time for any work i will definitely go their. And their all staff specially reception and restaurant area's they are too good to polite. I took a spa first te in this property also, their service to relaxing and refreshing. Thank you

The possibility best option around small town Durgapur. Rooms are sufficiently decorated with appropriate amenities. I had taken opted MAP and found it is the very great choice as buffet Dinner was surprisingly good by quality as well as variety. Only issue is check in and Check out. The billing counters are not having manpower quantity and it is very much time taking, must have been smooth.

The Team Led by GM Prakash M is indeed a good one. I usually put up at this property. Notable high performers in my opinion are 1, Chef Mahaboob, 2. Samir Kumar at Orchid. 3. NUR & Basu at Housekeeping. 4. Rupu, Housekeeper. God Bless FPP Durgapur. Regards.,

The hospitality of the staff and the ambience keep me going back to the place. The rooms, the service, the morning breakfast everything is very impressive. On the whole the experience every time is a very comforting one. This time they upgraded my stay to a suite room which was so very appreciative.
