In the heart of city center. Walking distance to attraction point in Durham. Building is in old English style and can enjoy the great food in the main hall inside the hotel. Only enjoyed the breakfast and provide traditional England breakfast and continental options. Room is featured with necessary facilities. Accessible room provide a big toliet/ showering area which can fit into wheelchair. Overall is great and with value choice especially during holiday season.

Very nice hotel. Love the historic building. Hotel room is tasteful. Love the coffee machine in our room. Need to pay for parking at this hotel.

The hotel was really nice and well appointed. The service from reception right through to check out was excellent. The setting for breakfast was great topped off by the quality of the food served.

Very nice and cosy hotel. The restaurant provides a large variety of cooked breakfast together with a continental buffet. My family and I enjoyed our stay here.

好到沒朋友。本來定了一個景觀房，這回幫我變成了一個帶休息室的小套房，然後整體格局空間大了很多，早餐也很好吃，工作人員特別熱情

中世紀的建築改造，不能大力走路，是木板地，建築物雖然舊，但非常乾淨衛生，早餐也不錯，餐廳環境很優美，周邊出入方便，杜倫整體環境安全，風景如畫，地方雖小，但別有一番體驗，非常不錯，是悠閑優選

酒店外觀很有維多利亞時代的特徵，紅磚的古堡，服務就是traditional的英式風格，中規中矩，酒店工作人員每次都會微笑並禮貌問候。據市中心和主要景點步行可至。第一次到杜倫非常美好的體驗。

非常適合家庭出遊，位置方便，市中心區域，周邊餐廳很多，走路可遊覽整個城市，再也去的活肯定還是首選之一。
