The location of this property is perfectly situated in a charming town with plenty of bars and hiking trails nearby. Whether you are an avid hiker or simply looking to decompress, this home will bring you comfort. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waterfall on the Catskill creek! The peaceful backyard is perfect for hanging out under the stars by the fire - one of the coolest features is overlooking a beautiful large waterfall that you can hear from anywhere outside on the property. The Space: - 2 full size beds - Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and utensils - Dining table and chairs/bench for 4 guests - Separate heat for living room and bathroom - 50" Smart TV - Free high-speed Wi-Fi Guest Access: You will have the bottom unit to yourselves. (Though someone may come to mow the lawn.) We have WiFi, an outdoor fireplace, outdoor gas grill, a long driveway for parking. Cell service is often spotty at the house, but we have fast, reliable WiFi. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking (pots, pans, spices).
