Great stay, lovely staff especially the lady serving breakfast. Clean and modern room which was nice and quiet. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice for our 4 year old too. The pub nearby is great for dinner too. Easy access from the M1, will definitely stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful to ensure that my brother with learning difficulties was on a room very near the accessible room I was sharing with my mother. The breakfast team was also very helpful and friendly, dealing with all of us and our varying needs exceptionally well. The Red Kite pub was also very good

Perfect night away. Stayed in the Plus room and lovely to have the little extras - Nespresso coffee, fridge with bottled water, WiFi, lounge chairs, bathroom low light for use in night. Easy parking and a pub next door for a drink. Comfiest beds!

A one night stay as a stopover on a long journey. This hotel was easy to find just off the M1, with a large free car park. Efficient and friendly check in. We didn’t eat at the adjacent pub on the evening as I’d looked ahead and it seemed expensive. Room was clean, but small for a family. I was one adult staying with two children and we could’ve got away without the third bed as one always climbs in with me anyway - maybe next time I’ll call ahead and request this as with three beds out there really is no space at all! Lovely bathroom. Felt hot overnight but there was a fan provided. Largely quiet, although someone seemed to be having door issues at 1am! (I’m a very light sleeper though and will wake at anything.) Breakfast was inside the hotel. Great value with both kids eating free. Hot food was cooked to order and quickly served. Friendly staff. Not the best quality ingredients but can’t complain for £10ish for three! Overall a good stay and I’m sure we’ll be back.

Fab hotel, clean, comfortable and friendly welcoming staff. Stayed here a few times now and never disappointed. Rooms always clean and comfortable. Showers amazing and staff great. A good location for shopping and visiting family, so will 100 per cent be going back

This Premier Inn stands out as one of the best in the UK. Everything is perfect. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are modern and beautifully maintained. Breakfast is cooked in the hotel by AJ who is a masterchef in our opinion. The waitresses are lovely, especially Elaine who is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to two beautiful lakes which we enjoy walking round. Altogether a perfect stay.

Just checked my Credit Card, breakfast booked on last morning before setting off for airport, but feeling unwell on morning so never had breakfast. Premier have refunded us fee for breakfast, did not request refund, thank you so much, appreciated.

What a lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome nothing was too much trouble and special thanks to sue on reception warm welcoming and friendly what more can you ask for. The room was lovely and clean and the bed as always super comfy
